A really beautiful place to stay. From the moment you walk in you know you’re in a very special place . I had been travelling and had had a long day.I greeted warmly then shown to my room. It was really lovely but it had a shower not a bath. I asked if I could possibly change to a room with a bath and the young man could not have been more helpful. Within minutes I was In a room with a beautiful roll top bath. Beautifully decorated and gorgeous bd liven I slept like a baby! I will definitely be coming back soon. Many thanks.

Super Sunday lunch - Gemma our waitress was top class and looked after us so well. The food was nicely presented, and delicious, and the ambience and everything was excellent. The only complaint was that it was rather noisy, but it was full house, and to be expected. Will certainly return. Thanks to all the team.

We decided to book one night at Arrow Mill as we were making a short trip to Alcester and Coughton Court. We booked the Junior Suite and were very pleased with the room. It was extremely comfortable, had lots of nice extra touches such as a Nespresso coffee maker, after eight mints and even some fruit. The bathroom was well appointed with twin sinks and a large walk in shower and was extremely clean. The king size bed was very comfortable and the roll top bath was a quirky addition, although we didn’t get around to using it. We didn’t eat an evening meal in the hotel but breakfast was good with a range of cereals, fruit, yogurt and fruit juices. There was also a comprehensive range of cooked breakfast choices. We opted for scrambled egg and smoked salmon which was very generous in quantity. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Such a stunning restaurant, and a really lovely place for either lunch or dinner. We had a very relaxed lunch - stunning food and some lovely non-alcoholic cocktails. There is plenty of on-site parking for anyone driving there. I recommend booking in advance as they tend to get booked up!

We visited the restaurant for Sunday dinner. I have to say it was a wonderful meal pleasant ambiance and helpful staff Only criticism is we never got the opportunity to order a second drink as we were unable to attract the attention of the staff but it was a busy period. The hotel is set in a beautiful location and we hope to be back soon. Keep up the good work.

A lovely venue which, once again, completely fails to deliver. It is unacceptable to leave customers waiting for over an hour for their food and not even realise until the customer points it out. It appears that understaffing and inexperience are issues in every area which is very evident in the slow and frankly chaotic service. We eventually cancelled our order and left. It's a mystery why Brunning & Price continue to allow this venue to operate in this way. Along with the poor experience it gives customers, it is also unfair on the staff who are clearly not given the tools to provide an acceptable level of service.

We booked a family meal here but had to wait an hour and a half, without any explanation for our food which spoilt the evening. Most of the other customers had to wait a similar time too. Even when I asked what the problem was they just said they were sorry_ I note they didn't offer us a discount.

I dined here with my husband and aunt for Sunday lunch. Upon arriving, we were wowed by the venue itself, set in beautiful countryside with a river, plenty of parking and outdoor seating. You enter through an impressive glass, apex roofed entrance and are greeted by a friendly team member who seated us in one of the many unique dining areas. The décor is country chic, seamlessly blending tradition with modernity. Our drinks orders were promptly taken and the server was very pleasant. We order two white wine spritzers and a beer, with a bottle of water for the table. The menu is diverse, different and has something for everyone from fish lovers to vegan. For starters, I had the crab, my husband had the poached salmon Caesar, and my aunt had the fried brie. I wouldn't necessarily recommend the crab as there wasn't a huge amount on the plate, and I found some shell. However, both the other starters were highly praised, especially the chutney that came with the brie, and the generous helping of salmon. The atmosphere was comfortable with a the hum of chitter chat in the background but not overly noisy so you could easily chat with one another. The server left a sufficient amount of time before bringing the mains, and was attentive in asking whether we wanted any more drinks or accompaniments. For main, I had the sticky beef salad, and the others had a beef roast. I was very impressed with my main, there was plenty of food, the chilli sauce was not too spicy, and the salad was fresh. The roast was also complimented both on the portion size, cooking of the beef, and the trimmings. Once again, nothing was too much trouble as our server was kind enough to bring additional gravy. To finish, I had the Pimm's jelly, my husband the chocolate brownie, and my aunt the peach and raspberry sundae. The dessert was my favourite course, the champagne sorbet complimented the Pimm's jelly perfectly and it was ideal for a hot Summer's day. I'm told the brownie was rich and decadent, and the sundae was fresh and tasty, but could have done with more meringue. We finished with coffees which were served with a mini flapjack, which I thought was a nice touch. We asked for the bill and for 3x three courses, including wines, beers, and coffees, it only came to £148 and was worth every penny. I've been very impressed and look forward to returning in the near future.
