One word. Perfection. Excellent service from start to finish. Very professional but laid back too. Outstanding rooms, plenty of space and laid out well. Exquisite variety of food and plentiful supplies of soft and alcoholic beverages. Sports team have been amazing and we have had many a laugh! Kids club have been brilliant with our little boy Jake. He was shy and unsure at first but that soon changed and he come out of his shell. Evening entertainment was fantastic. Had some professional photographs done. Were absolutely beautiful. Made life long friends with memories that last a lifetime

It’s our second time back at the Aequora and it didn’t disappoint! From start to finish we had the most amazing holiday! 10days all inclusive! The food is lovely and the hotel is beautiful! The rooms are nice and spacious! We stayed in the Acui family room 3008. At the playground/kids club! Our room was cleaned everyday by the lovely cleaner! So pleasent! The best part of the whole holiday was the entertainment team! They were absolutely amazing! From the minute they clock on till the late hours! Everytime you see them around the complex they’re so friendly! Anais, Francesca, Emilia and Laura were absolutely amazing with our daughter everyday in kids club! They go above and beyond to entertain the kids! Honestly I can’t praise them enough! All of the other entertainment team are also amazing! I just don’t know their names to mention them!! If I could make one change it would be to have the mini disco in the Maris Teatre! It’s currently over at the mini club/playground! We experienced it twice in the Maris Teatre and both times it was a great show and more relaxed for the parents to sit and have a drink! We can’t wait to come back next year!

Here now on our last day of a 10 night stay and I have to say this is 1 of the if not the best all inclusive hotel we have stayed in. From check in to check out everything has been amazing. The food is second to none yes sometimes it can be not piping hot but the quality is superb ! . We stayed all inclusive and were given a junior suite which was more than enough for our needs . The adult only area pool and chill out bar were superb no rush to put any towels out in a morning just strolled down around 9am then went for breakfast in the adult only restaurant ( another great touch from the hotel ) we didn’t see much of the entertainment but what we did was ok all in all we would like to thank the staff and everyone at the hotel for a truly wonderful experience I highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely return next year

Last day on our 10 day holiday… what a lovely hotel! It is immaculate, the cleaning staff work so hard in keeping the complex so clean. Hotel food was lovely, staff were very accommodating, it was our little boys 3rd birthday and they went above and beyond to make it special for him. Could do with some themed nights to mix it up a bit. But plenty of choice and something for everyone. Now onto the entertainment staff… they work soooo hard! The evening shows are fantastic (although could be slightly earlier on an evening) and the games round the pool are brilliant. All staff work so hard, but an extra shout out to Anas, Benjamin and Lochiam! Our little girl wasn’t too keen on the kids club, she preferred to play in the pool.. but staff and facilities wise, looked great! They loved the disco on an evening and playing in the park. Just a couple of things to feedback on, when you pay all inclusive, it would be great if everything was inclusive, meaning all drinks…also, during other all inclusive holidays we have been on, we have been given one free meal in the restaurant, this is not the case here. That would be lovely addition. We Also had to pay for a small cake (15 euros) for my little boys 3rd birthday… which I could have got off the all inclusive Buffett myself. Seems a bit excessive and was a bit of a shame. But other than that it was great holiday. Food was fab, staff were amazing, went above and beyond, including the bar staff in the theatre! the pool areas were immaculate, rooms were clean and entertainment was great. Your hotel really is our second home from the moment we got to our room it was amazing thankyou so much for our bottle of sparkling wine to celebrate our 10 year anniversary the room was lovely receptionists so welcoming bar staff amazing the food was out of this world also the food at the pool was brilliant we honestly have no idea why people moan on all inclusive in the hotel the food was really outstanding and the drinks options were great we have worked in hotels for about 14-15 years and my wife and I can categorically say this is the BEST hotel we've ever been to ypu and your team should be so proud of your hotel and we will be booking again next year Thankyou for an amazing holiday Tom and Beccy

On arrival, we checked in the guy who checked us in was from the Netherlands.. he was brilliant.. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.. rooms were great very clean & tidy. Water was left for us on arrival. Pool are was really clean & the bar areas were cleaned constantly. The restaurant was very good / good fresh food & the wine was good! we loved our week here
