We ended our holiday with this hotel and it was by far the worst one we stayed in whilst visiting France. The shower was broken. The bed covers smelt like moth balls or damp, didn't smell fresh or clean. We were charged an extra €12 per person (even for a small child) for the breakfast. The breakfast had flies on the break and fruit so we couldn't eat that. The staff were not welcoming at all towards us. We came away from this hotel feeling sad that our holiday ended on this and I felt I needed to write this review as it isn't acceptable. If anyone had asked us how our stay was and been polite enough to say goodbye I would have aired it to them in private.

The lift doors opened onto a black threadbare carpet and black walls. Not a welcome sight. The suite was adequate but with little storage . The safe only worked when the a master key was provided. Outlook was onto rooves and the constant noise from an air conditioning unit kept us awake. The dining room looked inviting , however it wasn’t open during our stay. The hotel’s location saved the day, Grand Place and the adjacent place des heros are the beating heart of Arras.

Great place. Our duplex room facing the main square was fabulous. The staff and host were absolutely fantastic and would go extra mile to help, if needed. It is slap in the middle of town centre (mind the noise, though), so in walking distance of all central places. Parking outside is free, though not sure if it is valid on work days. Overall, if you are considering staying in Arras, I can easily recommend this place.

Fantastic location on one of the main squares with easy parking (across in the square - €17 for overnight). Close to some great bars and restaurants. Had a very quiet room towards back of hotel - large, comfortable bed and good shower. Communal areas looking slightly tired.

Parfait Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel , une nuit pour visiter le marché de Noël , une chambre joliment décorée , un plateau café , avec le nécessaire, lit 160 cm confortable, et propre , la découverte de leur jrestaurant Anagram , , beau décor , un délice , tout était préparé à la commande avec des excellents produits BRAVO pour votre menu du marché de Noël 10/10 , j ai oublié de prendre des photos des plats bons et beaux le seul bémol la moquette et les murs noir dans les couloirs , et le petit déjeuner dans la cave ,

Prijs kwaliteit is dit hotel een toppertje!! Dicht in het centrum en parkeren is makkelijk op de Grote Markt. Wij zijn fan. Ontbijt is simpel maar lekker. Wel niet makkelijk om te vinden. Zat wat verscholen tussen de terrassen. Aanrader!!!!

Un desastre! Llegamos al hotel y la habitación no está lista, nos fuimos a caminar. Después de 1 hora regresamos y pudimos ir a nuestra habitación. Era un apartamento grande con una cama doble y un sofá cama grande para nuestros dos hijos, para nuestra sorpresa el sofá cama no estaba preparado. Cuando lo abrimos tenia las mantas sucias del anterior huésped. Rápidamente cambiaron la sábana pero no las fundas de las almohadas y tampoco la manta. El apartamento está realmente sucio, el lavamanos y ducha están mugrientos. El aire acondicionado funciona bien pero hace un ruido terrible..la ubicación está en pleno centro y cerca a muy buenos restaurantes. El hotel realmente no vale la pena !!

La literie est de bonne qualité. Le tapis de la chambre un peu vieillissant. La douche dans un état déplorable. Le pommeau de douche est plein de tartre et il fuit.Ne vaut pas le prix de la chambre. Pour fermer la porte il faut de nouveau utiliser la carte. On a signalé cela lors de notre départ et pas un geste commercial. Quelle belle déception !

Je recommande sans hésitation cet hôtel. Le personnel est très charmant et sympathique. L’hôtel est plus qu’idéalement situé, sur la grande place. La chambre était très propre. Nous n’avons pas eu l’occasion de tester le petit déjeuner (proposé au prix correct de 12€). L’hôtel ne dispose pas de parking mais il est possible de se garer dans un parking souterrain devant l’hôtel. Nous avons payé 16€ du vendredi matin au dimanche matin.
