A pousada é uma gracinha. Atendimento de primeira! As meninas da recepção sao super atenciosas (em especial a Mariana, que nos ajudou e deu muitas dicas). A experiencia foi bastante agradavel e, definitivamente, eu voltaria a me hospedar.

O ponto alto é a localização. Realmente não precisa do carro pra nada na cidade. A piscina tbm tem um ótimo tamanho e o atendimento é muito bom.

A Pousada Gênesis é uma opção incrível em Arraial. Ela fica extremamente bem localizada e o atendimento é sensacional. Toda a equipe faz o máximo para que nós possamos nos sentir em casa. O chuveiro é excelente.

No primeiro dia o ar condicionado não estava funcionando, solicitamos o reparo e nossa primeira resposta foi que não tínhamos o ligado corretamente, insistimos que o mesmo não estava funcionando e conseguiram um técnico para o dia seguinte. Pedimos um ventilador e a pousada prontamente nos atendeu. O ar condicionado é antigo e barulhento. A cama de casal era muito dura, e a pia da cozinha tinha cheiro de esgoto, precisávamos cobrir o ralo com papel. O café da manhã é bem simples, apenas o básico. Fomos bem atendidos por todos sempre que precisamos, e sempre fomos recebidos com muito carinho. Ganhamos um kit incrível de brinde pelo réveillon e ficamos muito felizes. Os quartos têm rede na varanda, o Wi-Fi funciona direitinho. A localização é boa, 10 minutos andando da Praia Grande e 10 minutos da Praia dos Anjos (onde tem os passeios de barco), fica perto de supermercado e distribuidores de bebidas. Você pode comprar as coisas e levar para a pousada. A lanchonete da pousada é limitada, mas tem opções na rua. A piscina é pequena mas atende bem. No mais, o atendimento é ótimo e a pousada bem simples, é o básico.

Pousada excelente, ideal para quem quer curtir Arraial sem depender de carro. Muito bem localizada, conta com equipe de funcionários extremamente atenciosos. Suítes confortáveis, bem cuidadas e limpas. Estadia muito agradável. Recomendo.
