We were there in June,Brazilian winter,and our experience was not so good as many have written.It was so humid,the bed,the clothes,everything remain humid.I dont know,if it was the problem of our room only,but for us it ruined all impression because we didnt feel comfortable.We changed our first room,the other was much smaller and crampy bathroom but at least it had a balcony with morning sun.It helped a little.But still humid to sleep and to dress your clothes.Maybe in summer it is good and maybe some other rooms are Ok,I dont know. Breakfast was not my taste as I dont like cakes,so I eat mostly omelette and fruits.Coffee not so good,was also cold sometimes(they replaced then). Once we eat at their restaurant ,it was good but overpriced. Men service at breakfast was not friendly.Juices all watered down.We got good juices only once.When I complained about it to a man who was supervising,he was quite arrogant and told that different oranges,not watered juice.Like we never drink real juice? The location was good next to Praia Grande,very beautiful.Also garden is very nice but it also keeps humidity. Overall,we dont recommend this pousada in winter months when it is so humid,it s very unpleasant,no matter how nice it is.

The hotel is small and cozy. Clean and well presented. The restaurant beats a very pleasant surprise! Camarões em linguine de limão was amazing! We quickly decided to have both lunch and dinner there, and enjoyed it!! Pendling on the wind direction you will always find a protected Beach within walking distance.

excellent artsy boutique inn steps from beach
Boutique artsy gem in the over-the-horizon beach town of Arrail do Cabo... best restaurant in the town, best location right up the steps from the beach, best grounds... an oasis in a rambunctious but far away beach town... Arrail do Cabo is near all kinds of amazing turquoise water to visit and also had world class surfing due to the constant off-shore breeze. If you are a high end traveler and want a different kind of beach town experience, this is the Inn for you.

Coming from Canada this was a very nice place to stay as there was a English speaking staff. Gabriel answered all our questions and requests. A beautiful view of the city and a short walk to the beach. Large beds. I would come back for sure. Also organized a amazing boat day with a very nice captain who did a BBQ lunch for our group

After experiencing a horrible room in another Pousada in Arraial, Caminho do Sol luckily gave us a room late at night and were very accommodating. We could not have asked for a better place to stay after our negative experience. The whole staff were always friendly and helpful, all the amenities and rooms were clean, the breakfast was made with love and very tasty. They have a beautiful view over Arraial do Cabo and are located directly at Praia Grande, you just have to go down some stairs. There is a small pool with sun loungers around and many possibilities to sit down and chill. We did not try out their restaurant but the menu sounded fabulous and the venue outside was so charming and cozy. Definitely a place to recommend!

Nice boutique hotel in Arraial do Cabo. Excellent lunch & dinner menu with nice cocktails. Staff are very friendly & helpful.Some are English speaking, which makes things easier. Each room has its own private balcony & air conditioning ..
