We went as a family and rented 2 houses in the condominium! We loved the experience, a beautiful place, with lots of greenery and wood that is very welcoming. Well-equipped kitchen... good rooms and nice reception. Just one detail in the amenities that could be better, including replacement. We did everything on foot. I would go back!

We stayed for 7 days in November/22. Some considerations: the Wi-Fi is very, very bad - I think it can be improved and the air conditioning in the room we stayed in didn't work very well. But apart from these little things, the apartment is impeccably clean, all the bed linen is changed regularly, the landscaping of the condominium and pool are perfect, and there is the basics for some meals in the apartment too. The quality of the bed linen, mattress, pillow, etc. is great. The condominium is very well located, one block from Mucugê, but still predominantly quiet, you wake up to the birds singing. Anyway, with the exception of some little things, it is an excellent accommodation option.

Charm is located in a condominium near Rua Mucugê and the Mirante das Fitinhas, about a 5-minute walk away. The house I stayed in had a really nice outdoor area, a living room with TV and air conditioning, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. Oh, and it also had a service area with a sink and clothesline. The common area had a pool and a place to barbecue! I loved it and recommend it for families and groups of friends.

Excelente condomínio,praticamente 1 quadra da Mucugê.Piscina e paisagismo lindos.Todos os chalés com ampla varanda.Porteiro 24 h.Ficamos 10 dias é adoramos.O Tomaz ,gerente foi muito atencioso.Cozinha com o essencial para café da manhã,só achamos falta de uma cafeteira.

achei tudo muito bom, mas acho que deveria ter o café da manhã e serviço de bar na piscina, eles tem uma ótima estrutura para tanto. Os Chalés são tops de primeira linha, recomendo muito, a localização é espetacular pois está a poucos metros da rua do Mucugê que é o point noturno de Arrail.

Ficamos hospedados em um apto para duas pessoas com cozinha equipada. O apto é muito confortável e tem uma varanda maravilhosa. O condomínio também é lindo, muito bem cuidado e fica bem perto da rua Mucugê. Minha esposa só sentiu falta de um espelho de corpo todo.
