We don’t have words to describe our experience staying at the Maitei! We were supposed to stay only 5 nights, but everything was soooo fabulous we decided to stay another week. The views from the hotel are breathtaking. The hotel and room were really well cleaned. Wine and food delicious! Livia was absolutely amazing to us! The staff members working and supporting all the services in the hotel were beyond graceful, helpful and kind at the same time professional!!! We are definitely coming back! Thank you Maitei for making our stay so enjoyable!!!! ❤️❤️❤️✨✨✨

The location is good - a quiet area on the main street. The views from the sea-facing rooms and rooftop pool area are spectacular. Get up early to watch the sunrise - you won't be disappointed. The room was very large, but pointlessly so as it is just a large open space. This could be easily made into a charming area. With all that bedroom space it is puzzling why the bathroom wasn't larger to allow for a shower that was separate from the jacuzzi bath. You have to figure out how to entirely clean out the sand/sunscreen/saltwater from the jacuzzi before you can use it. On the upside, the mattress was spectacular, but... there was a horrible smell to the bedspread and I had to ask to have it changed. The airconditioning unit was a problem throughout our stay and we had to ask them to service it. At first, it wouldn't cool the room. When this was fixed the new problem was that it would shut off in the middle of the night and we were woken up due to the heat. Not acceptable. The artwork in the room and the main area was bizarre - especially for a tropical location. For example, in the room there was a painting of a person's face that appeared to be clothed in prison wear and was behind a barbed-wire fence. Really? Who thought that was a good idea in a vacation location?? Breakfast was basic - not bad but not impressive. The hotel next door to this has been completely renovated and frankly looks so much more inviting than the Maitei! Take a look there before you book here.

El hotel tiene una ubicación excepcional con una vista hermosa. El personal es muy amable, atento, siempre dispuestos a ayudar al huésped, quiero agradecer mucho a Thiago y a Rodrigo por su atención excepcional,nos hizo muy agradable la estancia. El desayuno es una delicia, ofrecen varias opciones de acuerdo al gusto y alérgenos de cada uno. Quiero destacar que la habitación que nos tocó, suite lujo vista al mar, tiene un detalle que no me gustó, el piso está manchado (pareciendo que está sucio, pero está limpio) y lo hace ver viejo. Eso deben arreglar urgente para que el precio cobrado por la habitación lo valga. Por todo lo demás todo muy gracias. Gracias a todos del staff.

Hotel Maitei é uma acomodação que impressiona com sua beleza, a vista da entrada é um espetáculo, da vontade de ficar parado olhando pro mar de arraial durante horas. Maitei possui 2 piscinas lindas, decks, sauna, academia, restaurante e um terraço de tirar o fôlego que até aumentam sua vontade de ficar pra sempre por ali. O quarto com varanda e vista pro mar é lindo, espaçoso, confortável, cheiroso e ainda conta com uma banheira de hidromassagem para mais relaxamento ainda, um espetáculo! O café da manhã é ótimo, ele é servido no restaurante e possui uma boa diversidade e tomar café da manhã com aquela vista não tem preço que se pague. Apesar do restaurante ser ótimo, acredito que poderia ter mais opções de pratos e sobremesas, tiveram dias que gostaríamos de ter almoçado por lá mas não encontramos muitas opções. Sobre o atendimento: Perfeito. Funcionários educados e prestativos, não tenho o que reclamar deles, só agradecer! A localização é outro ponto forte do hotel, na rua mais famosa de arraial, perto de restaurantes, lojas, farmácias e da praia Mucugê. Posso dar certeza de que voltarei outra vez.

Custo benefício muito ruim. Não havia atendimento no bar da piscina, café da manhã fraco (pedi pão de queijo e me serviram um, sim 1! seco e duro). Falaram que era o último! Jardim mal cuidado, a vista do quarto para o mar praticamente encoberta pela vegetação mal podada. Sem estacionamento sequer pra descarregar as malas.

Hotel charmoso, com ambientes aconchegantes e românticos. Uma vista paradisíaca da praia e da mata nativa que a cercam. Um café da manhã dos deuses, com surpresinhas diárias, diferentes todos os dias. Quartos amplos, com camas enormes e travesseiros e lençóis que te abraçam num toque suave…. Vale muito a pena conhecer !!!

Adoramos a hospedagem! Todos os funcionários muito educados e gentis, desde o momento da reserva! Quarto amplo com bom enxoval, apenas o barulho da rua pela manhã que incomodou um pouco (nosso quarto era vista parcial mar)! Café da manhã excelente, com variedade e mimos trazidos à mesa! Vista privilegiada do café e das piscinas! O diferencial do hotel está nos detalhes, tudo com muito capricho (ameneties, louças e surpresas do café, informações completas)!

Segunda vez nesse paraíso. Tudo nota 10, conforto, limpeza, ótimo banho, excelente enxoval. Vista maravilhosa, parece um pintura, isso me encanta demais. Café da manhã sensacional, todos os funcionários são super prestativos, destaque pra Livia e Tiago. Como sugestão as piscinas poderiam ser aquecidas. Meu lugar preferido em Arraial!

Local maravilhoso, um acolhimento ímpar. Saímos de lá encantados, e gratos. Tudo feito com muito carinho, dedicação. Tratando-se de Nordeste, foi sem dúvida minha melhor viagem. Muito limpo Organizado Muito bem localizado, 5 minutos a pé, dos melhores restaurantes de Arraial, 8 minutos da praia (ladeira, mas pertinho )
