The Hotel Astoria is a small authentic Swiss hotel owned and operated by Oliver and Edith. They are lovely welcoming people whose care and warmth shine through all aspects of the hotel and restaurant. My wife and I have stayed two different times separated by several years and both times we were impressed by the comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality we experienced. The restaurant food and service are excellent and the spa and pool are clean and never crowded. The Astoria is very well-located, an easy walk to ski rentals and ski lifts as well as the Arosa train station. We found it to be a perfect location for a Winter ski vacation - at a very reasonable room rate. We look forward to returning again soon!

The welcome from Edith and Oliver Schmid, the hotel owners, was great and their support throughout our visit was exceptional. The hotel is only 3 stars but it deserves more. The food, particularly our five course dinners, were really special and the breakfasts plentiful with lovely bread from the new bakery in town. Any description of the hotel will include the friendly bar and lounge area but don't forget the jacuzzis in their wellness area and well appointed steam room and sauna to soothe your aching legs.

Die dritten Skiferien in Folge im Astoria waren wieder absolut top. Gastfreundschaft, Speisen, Sauberkeit alles war wie immer auf absolut höchstem Level. Ein Highlight sind auch immer wieder die verschiedenen Themenabende beim Nachtessen. Ganz herzlichen Dank an die Familie Schmid und an das ganze Team.

Sehr sympathisches Hotel, dass unseren Erwartungen gerecht wurde. Zimmer sehr gepflegt, im rustikalen Stil eingerichtet. Das Personal äusserst unkompliziert und herzlich. Das Highlight, neben der guten Lage, war das Frühstück. Die riesige Brot- und Käseauswahl, sowie die frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen schmeckten köstlich und stärkten für den Tag auf oder neben der Piste.

Arosa und Lenzerheide ist für mich bestes Skigebiet der Welt und meines Lebens.Der Hotelaufenthalt war mit Leistung und Preisverhältnis sehr gut angeboten.Das Frühstück war perfekt.Whirpool und Sauna sowie Dampfbad waren hervorragend.Abendessen war wie eine gute Atmosphäre bedient. Eichhörnliweg vergesse ich nie.Sehr Schön mit Tannenhäher auf meiner Handfläche miterlebt wie noch nie in meinem Leben.2.Fortsetzng kommt bestimmt wieder!

Hôtel très cosy, familial avec un chaleureux accueil, chambre très confortable avec balcon vue sur les montagnes, literie irréprochable, belle salle de bain très propre avec une petite fenêtre donnant sur le paysage. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la bienveillance et la gentillesse envers nous pour nous parler en français et nous traduire tout ce que nous avions besoin. Le menu du restaurant est délicieux, du fait maison avec des produits de saison et il change tous les jours. Le coin bar est agréable. Ma fille et moi nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Si nous retournons à Arosa ce sera sans hésitation à l’hotel Astoria.

Der erste Arbeitstag nach den Ferien neigt sich dem Ende entgegen und ich wünschte es wäre ein Skitag. Dann könnten wir jetzt wieder auf der Talabfahrt Richtung Hotel Astoria kurven. Meine Kinder und ich haben es abermals sehr genossen bei Euch. Vielen Dank für die schöne Woche und die gute Zeit welche wir in Arosa verbringen durften.

Süsses familiäres Hotel, super freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal Wir haben das Wochenende dort verbracht und konmten es in vollen Zügen genissen. Leider haben wir es nicht geschafft den Wellnessbereich zu testen. Das machen wir beim nächsten Mal. ;) Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
