The welcome from Edith and Oliver Schmid, the hotel owners, was great and their support throughout our visit was exceptional. The hotel is only 3 stars but it deserves more. The food, particularly our five course dinners, were really special and the breakfasts plentiful with lovely bread from the new bakery in town. Any description of the hotel will include the friendly bar and lounge area but don't forget the jacuzzis in their wellness area and well appointed steam room and sauna to soothe your aching legs.

Hôtel très cosy, familial avec un chaleureux accueil, chambre très confortable avec balcon vue sur les montagnes, literie irréprochable, belle salle de bain très propre avec une petite fenêtre donnant sur le paysage. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la bienveillance et la gentillesse envers nous pour nous parler en français et nous traduire tout ce que nous avions besoin. Le menu du restaurant est délicieux, du fait maison avec des produits de saison et il change tous les jours. Le coin bar est agréable. Ma fille et moi nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Si nous retournons à Arosa ce sera sans hésitation à l’hotel Astoria.

Der erste Arbeitstag nach den Ferien neigt sich dem Ende entgegen und ich wünschte es wäre ein Skitag. Dann könnten wir jetzt wieder auf der Talabfahrt Richtung Hotel Astoria kurven. Meine Kinder und ich haben es abermals sehr genossen bei Euch. Vielen Dank für die schöne Woche und die gute Zeit welche wir in Arosa verbringen durften.

Süsses familiäres Hotel, super freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal Wir haben das Wochenende dort verbracht und konmten es in vollen Zügen genissen. Leider haben wir es nicht geschafft den Wellnessbereich zu testen. Das machen wir beim nächsten Mal. ;) Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Hôtel de Charme mais n'est pas prévu pour une femme indépendante qui aimerait se faire du bien. Vous ne serez pas traités de la même manière que les clients habitués. Parole de la propriétaire . Le wellness n ouvre qu'à 12.30 (même en temps de neige) bien que sur les infos de l hôtel l ouverture est noté à 9 h. Cet hôtel est à recommander pour les familles

Das Hotel Astoria hat mich sehr gut gefallen.Das Essen war hervorragend und Zimmer hat tolle TV-Programne. Wahrscheinlich komme ich Ihnen wieder.Sehr guter Infrastruktur zum Einkaufen und Bus zum Ski dauert 10 Minuten sowie auch nah beim Schneefussball-WM mit ehemaligen Profifussballer aus aller Welt. Besonders hatte ich 14 Meisen und 2 Eichhörnchen hautnah erlebt wie noch nie in meinem Leben. Das war besonders 100.Wintersaison! Also vergesse ich Arosa nicht.

Eine Woche lang durfte ich die Arosa Kurswochen im Hotel Astoria geniessen. Das Familienhotel erfüllte alle meine Wünsche. Die heimelige Stimmung und die persönliche Fürsorge der Familie Schmid mit dem Astoria Team ist einmalig und hebt sich von den grossen Hotels ab. Das Essen ist Spitze, man merkt, dass der Chef selber mit dem Herzen in der Küche dabei ist. Beim Morgenessen kann man den Start in den Tag verpassen, weil es so reichhaltig und gut ist.

Nach 8 Nächten im Astoria sind wir nun wieder Zuhause. Obwohl im Astoria fühlt es sich beinahe auch ein wenig wie Zuhause an. Die Gastfreundschaft ist enorm herzlich und man kann gar nicht anders wie sich Wohl zu fühlen. Das Essen ist sowohl qualitativ wie auch in der Auswahl (Vegi,Fleisch,Fisch) sehr gut. Unser Zimmer war stets sehr sauber und auch in der Grösse perfekt für uns 3. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage in Arosa.
