一進房間就發現床單上，地上都發現了沒有收拾乾淨的頭髮，麗楓客房主管什麼都能幹嗎？每日巡查不做嗎？
我有遺留物品落在了酒店，好幾天了，都不主動聯繫我，等着客人聯繫酒店？
而且我給前台打電話，前台也不知情，還需要隔日才能給回覆，顯然沒有做遺留物登記，這是什麼操作，差評差評差評

夜班前台服務很好，我手機沒電了，沒有充電器，她把她自己的借給我用。房間很暖！很熱乎！洗澡淋浴的時候還有音樂，不知道外面的麗風是不是這樣 ，很細節。

房間很大，乾淨衞生，裝修厚重，網速快，早餐美味。我特意檢查了關於衞生間，床單被罩，包括衞生死角，可以説很乾凈，甚至沒有浮灰，在這裏要感謝房嫂阿姨感謝客房主管。前台接待熱情，細膩，主動詢問客人有什麼要求，來最大程度解決顧客的問題。早餐阿姨及時清理枱麪，早餐器皿擺放整齊，一定會再次光顧這個酒店的。提一個小建議，如果再有擦鞋布就更好了。

本來計劃不在這停留的，然後住了這個酒店，説是給升級了凈化房間，可是我晚上床頭上的什麼除蟎的機器一直在滋啦滋啦的叫喚，然後我本來有點過敏的對灰塵，鼻子很癢，早上拉開窗簾一看。。屋裡飄滿了灰塵。。哎！體驗挺差的，屋裡有凈化機，但是説實在的，工作人員也衹是告訴了升級了房間，但是並沒有貼心的告訴你屋裡應該怎麼去做到最大化的舒適，假如是年齡大的老年人住進去更是啥都不知道了。

環遊蒙東後準備去東北三省玩一下，從柴河月亮小鎮去哈爾濱，中途在阿榮旗休息一晚。終於住進了麗楓酒店，我老婆説蒙東風景好，但住宿象是原始社會，半個月了，住進了麗楓，迴歸到現代社會了。麗楓有回家的感覺，設施完善，床品舒適！早餐也不錯，唯一就是新裝修的，有點味道。

晚上十一點多回房間，空調打不開，酒店前台來了按了幾下説打開了，就要走，讓我攔住説根本沒打開，看糊弄不了後又説五分鐘不行給我換房，五分鐘後致電前台，又説從家裡叫酒店維修師傅過來。我們就這樣帶着孩子晚上11點多一直不能脱衣服，不能洗澡等着人修空調
