"The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. The staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome from the start.
My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The bed was cozy, and I enjoyed having coffee in the room. The hotel had good facilities, like a gym and a nice pool, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options.
Overall, I’m very happy with my stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend it!"

"Well received by the night porter and a receptionist, To the room the hotel is well-cared. Once in the room it seems to be the 1980s. Funge in the bathroom, furniture in the bathroom hanging too low. Booked a double bed and we got, two single beds with a thin top. My wife wake up with back pain. Coffee in the room was really below size. Overall was low dust. Hygiene was 5-sterren not worthwhile. The next time I'll choose another hotel."

"Breakfast is a normal hotel buffet, yes
The hotel has a style as a whole, and the rooms are all designed. The room No. 6 I live in is in the style of QR code, and the room No. 27 is in the style of weaving.
The location is also convenient, not far from the city center
The facilities are also complete and the environment is clean. The other young ladies are very enthusiastic and patient. My three-legged cat English can also be opened without hindrance, like it 👍🏽"

"Good location, in the city center but quiet part. Walkable distance from train station. Shops , cafes and restaurants nearby.
Reception were fine, we were there earlier than check in time so could leave baggage there, also could leave after check out too, free of charge.
Room were ok, good size. Comfortable to stay. Quiet at night.
Breakfast were ok, standard breakfast. Overall it's fine hotel to stay in Arnhem."

JJIEThe breakfast is a little bit worse. The overall feeling of the accommodation is very good. The old building is behind the train. But the windows are very soundproof. I will come back next time. It is convenient to go around, about 1.5 km from Cologne and 15 minutes walk.
