It's OK. It's next to the Rhine River and is relatively quiet. You need to take a bus after getting off the train, but you can also walk there. It's a little far and not suitable for walking at night.

The restaurant is great. Nice friendly and helpful service with knowledge of the served food. Food of high quality. Nice selection of wines. Beautiful view over the river Rhine (Rijn) and Arnhem. Easy free parking outside the hotel. No need to be a guest to have dinner

We've stayed at this hotel before for the airborne anniversary and it's such a lovely place to stay. The staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast is great. Rooms very spacious with great views of the river. Parking available but an easy walk into Arnhem or on the bus route. Can also get bus onto Oosterbeek easily. We will be back!

From the moment we walked in the door, we felt welcomed and appreciated. We were in a large tour group and every detail was handled with professional courtesy. Daphne and the rest of the staff were helpful and very pleasant.

Good hotel outside Arnhem. Small hotel with cosy restaurant. Food was good and breakfasg super. Restaurant was fasing the River. Rooms with nice view over the river. Rooms were not big and old dated but good for what I needed and less expensive then downtown

Stayed here during a business trip. Price was overinflated due to a concert in the area. Check-in staff nowhere to be found when we arrived around 10pm. Room was tired and didn't really have many facilities. Shower was over bath type, in general room was tired and in need of upgrade. Smell of cigarette smoke in the room in the morning was overpowering. Breakfast seemed good, but by then I just wanted to leave

I'll start by saying the staff was absolutely amazing. Any interactions I had with them, were nothing short of pleasant and they were always helpful. The hotel, however, is desperately in need of updates. The bathroom was as if it was straight out of the 1980's, and it's 2024, having "high-speed" internet that struggles to even update the apps on my phone or tablet is completely unacceptable. I initially planned to stay in Utrecht for my business in Arnhem, but decided to give the NH in Arnhem a try, if I come back, I'd likely stay in Utrecht at a hotel that's a bit more updated.

We arrived about midnight 9thmay to attend our brothers funeral 6 of us two others previous booked earlier that day. I had booked through there main reservation number agreed the price only to be hit with city tax which I had asked did we have to pay at the time of booking and no was the reply told the receptionist and she said we must pay as she hadn’t been told otherwise,asked if we wanted to book breakfast for €17 after a long day I said we will see in the morning and her reply was it might be slightly dearer then. We decided in the morning we would just go for breakfast only to be told €21 pretty shocking ok we’ll go in very sparse breakfast my brother in law asked for sausage as there were none left they were not happy very poor service he did eventually get them by that time no egg left same again. Certainly will not ever use this hotel the communication between staff no good either we booked a 6 seater for our early departure on Sunday morning, morning staff new nothing of it
