Hotel location is good as it is near the train station and the size of the room is ok. However, the service of the hotel is one of the worst I have ever encountered. They delay the check-in time as the time for housekeeping of the room overrun. The reception take it for granted for everyone to wait at the lobby for the room to be ready although it has past the check-in time at 3pm. The housekeeping is not done well too, they do not re-fill the soap provided in the room and not even after a few days. I will need to remove the bottle and write a note for them to do what is necessary. The reception is only there to do what is necessary and they will just brush you off if you have any other request. Even on the last day when I check out of the hotel, the reception did not check that the hotel has already been paid through trip.com and charged the room into my card with informing me. After I realize the extra charges, I called the hotel and the only answer given is to email them and did not even bother to check the details during the call. After email and a few calls, there is still not response on the double charges. It was only resolved after contacting trip.com. Overall bad service, bad attitude from the employee.

The cleaning was not so good. The previous customer's towel was still on the heater. Dust was visible on the table. The espresso machine was clogged because it hadn't been cleaned, so coffee wasn't coming out. None of the 6 coffee machines came out. During check-in, the receptionist was random, but I gave my name, but they said there were no reservations, and that was it. When I gave my first name, they found my reservation. There was often only one person at the reception, despite the large number of customers, and they couldn't keep up with the customers. It seems to be a high-class establishment, but it's a business hotel.

Well received by the night porter and a receptionist. The hotel is well taken care of right up to the room. Once in the room, it feels like the 1980s. Mold in the bathroom, furniture in the bathroom hangs too low. Booked a double bed and we got two single beds with a thin topping. My wife woke up with back pain. Coffee in the room was really substandard. There was dust everywhere. Cleanliness was not worthy of 5 stars. Choose a different hotel next time.

Great modern Hotel. Nice big clean rooms. Nice restaurant, bar and rooftop bar to enjoy a great view of Arnhem. Right across form the train/bus station on one side and City center on the other side. Perfectly situated for a nice time in Arnhem.

We stayed here from the 10th to 12 august while visiting arnhem. The proximity to the mainline station and central shopping area is brilliant. Hotel is easy to find, check in was quick and very friendly and the hotel is in good condition. We got the double and the single room. The single is very sparse, shower, toilet and single bed with not much else, double room was much better with a bath, 2 large single beds and much more space. The breakfast in the mornings was very tasty with a large selection of cold meats, fruit, yogurts, cerea, bread and spreads. There was also bacon, scrambled eggs and sausages, which were very good. We intend to return here on our next trip to Arnhem

Hi, I used to stay for business purposes biweekly but everytime I give the membership ID to add the rewards points but it never got added instead always false promise from the reception people…got really frustrated with the service and here after will choose to book other nearby hotels

Great location of traveling by train or bus. Some oddities: elevator floor numbering, beds looked like sofa bases with thin bed topper. Not as comfortable as it should be. Our room had a tub/shower combo that had large step to get into. Lots of good space for opening and storing suitcases. Restaurant provided good group dinner.
