This was the worst stay ever. We stayed there for 4 nights and not a single day room service was done. Even we put the note “please clean the room” out side the door but not cleaned at all where in the description it says daily house keeping. The room is really small. Even we called them to clean the room but still the same.It said its full price was around $900 but we got the room @458. Its a total waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone because their customer service was worst and no parking too. The hotel looked luxury from outside only in the reception. I would rather put light on this topic to trip.com that I should get a refund for not giving me daily housekeeping but its mentioned in your website. It I will never go back there and thank you for not giving the service as you write in your description.

There are many insect in the room and a hole on the ceiling

Hey gals and guys, friendly staff on the desk, everything you need in your room,clean and tidy. Excellent value for the $$.

Though the room was small but it is ok for one pax.However the toliet bowl was open and the shower cabin was too small.

Very clean room with a comfortable bed. The only downside was the noise from the endless traffic but I did sleep well despite it. No food provided by the hotel so you do need to pop out to the pizza restaurant on the corner (The pizza was delicious!) or to one of the grocery stores just down the road which was easy enough to do.

This was the worst hotel I have ever encountered till now. We booked 2 rooms when we checked in one room was not cleaned yet. We tried to contact reception but there was no one at that moment. We booked another hotel for twice that price. Next day we talked to receptionist they said we need to ask trip for refund so we did. But trip later said us that the hotel disagree to refund because it was not smelly. I mean seriously? Isn't that the normal thing to refund when the guest didn't use the room because they forgot to clean the room and put us there mistakenly. This was so frustrating and my worst experience with hotel and trip as well. They offered us to refund like 2500 jpy which was not even half the price of the room we payed. And also we had to pay double the price to another hotel .

Aircon wasn't working and in a loud location

I had a hard time,I was being ripped off by pay it double the price for a room, In which I pay it online,when I reached there,the lady I think she’s Asian who was giving me a death look was not aware that I payed the room. Customer service was not good, I reckon they had to take a course of knowing how to greet guests with smiles,management should look on this,and to insert that the room that was given to us was (unclean) I checked the toilet pans & the bowls (poops) was still seen around it. Pathetic! Pathetic hotel I ever booked 🤮

Airport Hotel is a convenient close to Sydney airport Hotel that is Budget priced and has very good facilities in the room . Our train was late departing Brisbane and if my daughter had not assisted by getting the room key we would had a real problem as the Hotel was shut prior to our arrival at 11.20pm . The reception expressed little or no concern at this predicament. So if booking make arrangements for key collection . Good value very clean room comfortable bed and sensible shower . Good value

The property was good. We were disappointed as we expected to feed our 2 children in the advertised restaurant which was closed. Also the airport shuttle was not operating.

This room was disgusting!! So filthy & unsure where to start with this feedback😖 The photos did NOT match what was provided. I tried to rebook elsewhere close by, but had no success at such short notice. Trip & any other booking agent need to review their online photos immediately. I was fearful that my belongings would be stolen while asleep or out & about. I was worried to have a shower, walk on the ground or fall asleep due to the uncleanliness. I didn’t feel safe to make a complaint on-site or request a refund while there as I had my 2 young children & was fearful of the repercussions. WH&S would have a field day here. Unsure why it was described as a “superior” room. The dust was an inch thick along floor edges & bedheads. The bar fridge & walls were filthy. The air vents & hair dryer were clogged with dust. The crockery & cutlery were either not washed or not washed properly. There was no cloth or detergent to wash them?? Pretty sure there was a pube hair on 1 of the towels!! Barely any water came out of the shower head. The unit reeked of rising damp. Looked like rodents had made a comfy home in the putrid bathroom vanity. 1 of the beds had black stuff sprinkled over it. The aircon stunk. There were no doona covers. Just awful. See photos.
