Room was tiny with no windows. However, it did have a covered in glass terrace but it looked out over a roof to a pile of old junk. The village was probably lovely once but now it seems awful. Lorry after lorry after lorry. Constantly. Narrow roads means taking your life in your hands to visit the tiny, overpriced Carrefour that we had to go to for food. Please note, that we were aware that the restaurant was closed on the Monday. The breakfast was poor and not worth the money. Neither was the room. Very disappointed indeed. We will not revisit.

Magnificent hotel: spacious room, pleasantly decorated, very clean, quiet and a full breakfast served in a superb setting. Atmosphere of the very cozy living room with the appearance of a very tasteful British mansion. Calm, tranquility and comfort in a small, almost deserted and improbable village. The proximity of the Nationale 6 reminds us of the importance of this axis of communication….very popular with Madame de Sévigné!

Un magnifique ancien relais de poste au style agréablement suranné, peintures un peu défraîchies mais décos modernes originales bien sélectionnées, soit un ensemble accueillant et confortable. Le personnel de réception, quant à lui est d'une fraîcheur... glaciale. Impossible de poser la moindre question, on dérange ! Nous avions réservé la dernière chambre libre, située au deuxième étage, en sous-pente mansardée. La chambre n'a pas été chauffée en prévision de notre arrivée, il a fallu attendre deux bonnes heures pour commencer à s'y sentir bien. Nous avions été prévenus que la salle de bains n'avait pas encore refaite, en effet elle s'est révélée bien vintage, avec une baignoire glissée sous la pente du toit de telle manière qu'il fallait se baisser pour arriver à prendre une douche. Literie et matelas corrects. La porte ne filtre absolument pas les bruits de la cage d'escalier. Bien accueillis et servis avec gentillesse dans la petite salle très bien décorée prévue à cet effet, d'un petit déjeuner simple mais de qualité. Je suppose, et j'espère, que les chambres dûment refaites sont d'un autre niveau.

Pas à la hauteur d'un hôtel 3 étoiles ! Organisation à revoir! Enfermé jusqu'à 3h30 du matin dehors car pas de clef dans la boite à clef le soir et pas de gardien de nuit ni de numéro d'urgence.... A rajouter à cela, une très mauvaise communication entre le personnel qui a voulu nous faire payer la chambre le lendemain.... Pas de pression dans la douche le matin donc quasiment impossible de se doucher..... Expérience très très décevante!!!!
