This is the third time we have visited this lovely traditional pub whilst visiting family in the village. The easter Sunday Lunch was superb we all enjoyed every course. The pub was very busy and we didnt mind the wait as the quality of the food was worth it. Not many old pubs left like this anymore serving homemade food. The Pedigree was also yet again top notch. Such as shame some poor souls apparently waited all of 7 minutes for a drink. 😂. Quality Food and drink at a fair price. The wait is worth it guys. Chill out. We will be back.

Sunday lunch at The Pec. Food was excellent, service faultless. We love this pub, staff are friendly and work miracles with the tiniest of kitchens. A proper village pub which is hundreds of years old, can't wait for the better weather to use the beer garden again.

Enjoyed a good Sunday lunch here . Reasonably priced home cooked style food. Friendly, busy pub serving a range of beer. There really isn’t a lot more to say, but Tripadvisor wants me to write at least two hundred characters, so that’s the point of this paragraph.

This wee Inn and B&B is absolutely brilliant does everything it needs too. The room was large my daughter even had her own bedroom so she was over the moon. The breakfast was spot on and if you ask for something in particular they will make it for you 😊. The food in the Inn for dinner is all homemade and absolutely delicious I would highly recommend the pie of the day and the chocolate fudge brownie. 3 meals, 1 pint, 1 fresh orange and lemonade and a pespi max £40.70!! Amazing prices! We've stayed here 4 times before to visit family and we will highly recommend.

We had a very long wait between starters and main - almost an hour and there were only 6 of us. The starters of mixed combo were lovely. The mains were not great - curry was watery, chilli tasted of just mince, the hotpot was watery and the fish cakes were definitely deep fried. Such a shame as we have previously had great food here. Otherwise,- great family, dog friendly pub but would recommend snacks and enjoy the beer.

We ate in the pub on Curry Night. Starters average, main course poor. Beef Madras very dry and no punchy curry flavour, meat tough and naan tasteless. Chilli con carne also dry and little flavour. Service very slow. Puddings were nice. We won't come again.
