Overall a good experience. Breakfast was just above average as was the room. Hot water was lacking, but the view made up for many of the deficiencies. Spectacular.
Pedro was a great host, but some other staff were less than friendly. Parking very convenient and walkability to Buzios centro and Joao Fernandes beach was good.
Pool was very pleasant.

Para tener una hermosa vista, tu habitación debe estar bien arriba y hay que subir mucha escalera. La habitación es muy cómoda. Joao Fernandes es lejos del Centro, si te gusta caminar no es un problema. Se llega a la playa caminando 50 metros y entrás por el patio de atrás del parador "Ancoras". Es un hotel boutique, tiene 26 habitaciones y está muy bien decorado. El lugar para desayunar se colapsa si hay mucha gente al mismo tiempo, hay que esperar mesa. El personal es amable pero parecen aficionados atendiendo.

Fuimos en pareja, una semana. Llegamos muy tarde , teníamos asignadas dos habitaciones nos instalo el sereno en la primera. No tenia agua caliente , no salía en ninguna de las canillas agua. El cofre de seguridad estaba roto, no tenia tapa. Aclaro que la habitación tenia hidromasaje en lo que seria la planta baja, daba a la pileta de natación. Fuimos a buscar a la persona de la recepción , terminamos en una habitación del segundo piso, sin hidromasaje ( todo por escalera ). Eso si mejor vista . Dejamos un termo para que nos dieran agua caliente y nos entregaron , el termo de otro, que estaba roto y el nuestro nunca apareció. No se hicieron cargo , ni de la diferencia de habitación con hidro o no , ni del termo . Que se yo por lo menos un trago ..... En fin

La posada es encantadora y destaca por la calidad del servicio del personal, siempre muy atentos y dispuestos a ayudar. El desayuno es, sin duda, lo mejor de la experiencia. Un dato importante que lamentablemente descubrimos el último día es que puedes solicitar que te preparen panqueques de harina de tapioca con jamón y queso para el desayuno. Como es habitual en Búzios, las instalaciones están situadas en las laderas de los morros, lo que implica que hay escaleras para acceder a ellas. Sin embargo, ¡un poco de ejercicio durante las vacaciones nunca viene mal, verdad?

La ubicación del hotel es privilegiada, está a una cuadra de la playa, además la vista desde la habitación hacia el mar es magnífica. Es un hotel pequeño lo que hace que sea tranquilo y sin ruido. Las camas son cómodas, el desayuno delicioso y el personal es muy amable. Aunque nosotros hablamos muy poco portugués hacen todo lo posible por comunicarse en español contigo. Además hay un Jacuzzi y un baño turco deliciosos que debes reservar si lo quieres usar. Hay muchas reseñas que hablan que tiene muchas escaleras, lo cual no es falso, pero en parte esto hace que su vista sea tan buena. Si no hay problemas en subir escalas esto no es un problema. Nosotros fuimos en temporada fria, la piscina estaba bastante fria pero me imagino que es por la temporada. Sin dudarlo volveríamos al hotel si volvemos a Buzios.

Localização excelente, muito próximo às melhores praias de Búzios. A estrutura do hotel é simplesmente maravilhosa, piscina e área comum lindíssimas, quartos super confortáveis e com uma vista deslumbrante da praia de Joao Fernandes. Café da manhã impecável. Quero agradecer ao atendimento de todos do hotel, que nos receberam muito bem, especialmente o Leandro.

la habitacion excelente muy grande y un baño inmenso, muy completa con balcon, lo unico que no me gusto de este hotel es que no es para personas mayores, digo esto porque se comienza a ingresar por una rampa de autos y luego hay que subir como un piso por escalera para llegar a la recepcion. Nadie te ayuda con las maletas, cuando llegue al ingreso de la recepcion me cai de lleno diendo mi cara en el piso y haciendome un corte en la nariz que sangraba, en la recepcion estaba una morocha y 2 empleados mas que todos los dias los veia con ella charlando, nadie vino a ayudarme a levantarme me levante como pude y fui al mostrador de la recepcion ninguno de los tres que estaban ahi me preguntaron como me sentia y si necesitaba algo. La verdad no se como pueden tener personal asi . Teniamos media pension y lo que puedo decir que los muchachos que estaban en el bar y ademas te traian la comida eran excelentes,
