The hotel is very beautiful and the view from the rooftop is simply perfect. I've traveled to several places, even in Rio de Janeiro, and I can say that the view is one of the most beautiful I've ever seen. There are some points that could be improved, such as the soundproofing in the rooms, but nothing so serious that you'll regret it, as this place offers excellent value for money. The entire team is to be congratulated, everyone is very friendly and very helpful all the time, although not everyone speaks other languages so well.I wanted to highlight the receptionist Mayra, who, besides helping me with a personal problem, was very human. I didn't get to thank her personally.

My stay at the João Fernandes was unforgettable! At first we had some problems regarding the room not being what we had booked, and then to our surprise, few people spoke a little English except Maira who was essential for our stay to be goog! She always very helpful and was essential for my honeymoon with my wife to end the way we planned, or even better.

This hotel is amazing! It has a stunning view of João Fernandes Beach and is just a short walk from one of the best beaches in Búzios. The location is really good The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. A big thank you to Paulo, who greeted us late at night and made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was great thanks to the people in the kitchen João, Soraya, and Lorena make sure to ask for eggs! The receptionists, Stephanie, Cinthia, and Flor, were also super friendly and always ready to help. One of the best parts of our stay was the pool at the restaurant. Just a few steps away, it offers an amazing view that you don’t want to miss. The food at the restaurant was also really good, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal.

Wow! What a paradise! Stephanie was a great help with setting us up with our room and explaining what we can do in Buzios. I would highly recommend this place! Right next to an amazing beach, and 20 minutes from downtown. The pool at the top is amazing, and the service is great! Que maravilhosa!

The Serena Boutique Hotel is a beautiful space, carefully designed and expertly manicured to create a very tranquil stay. It’s perfectly positioned in a quiet part of Geribá two minutes walk from the stunning praia de Geribá. The service is five star and a special mention to Leonel, who was extremely professional and attentive throughout our stay - a great ambassador to the hotel and Rochester Hotel group.

The staff is very friendly and helpful! Leonel provided exceptional service! The resort is clean and very cozy! It is very close to the beach. The downtown has a great selection of restaurants and stores. We will definitely come back very soon!

it is a really nice hotel with great amenities! The hotel was very close to the beach and the views were very pretty. The pools were very nice too.The service was great and Leonel was so helpful and kind! We would highly recommend this hotel, and we would love to come back!

Good but not awesome
The pousada is nice but not as you see in the pictures. Our room was at the top and there is a long way up, with low light at night The breakfast was ok, nothing special. It’s one block and a half to the beach, they change the pool towels only every 2 days. The curtains doesn’t cover completely so you get light early. The bed mattress for the small bed had a bump very uncomfortable, and the bed sheets low quality.
