The staff here are amazing, very professional and also friendly. We unfortunately only stayed here for 2 nights... we would've loved to stay longer. The beach area is the best in Buzios, and the pool and restaurants all have beautiful views and are well attended. It was a welcome reprieve from staying in downtown Buzios where the beaches are always full, and the town is always busy. This is somewhere you go if you want peace, quite, and surprisingly warm water for the Atlantic Ocean. When we arrived Christian welcomed us and also checked us out.. he was star throughout -- very attentive, friendly, and heightened our experience. We had some trouble with our room on the first day, and we were quickly upgraded to one of the best rooms on the property -- a veritable apartment overlooking the entire property with an ocean view. It was an unexpected treat. I really, really loved the modernist Brazilian/Japanese influenced architecture of the property... really design forward without showing off. All in all it was a fantastic two night stay. The only thing I will say is that the Japanese restaurant on the resort is not the best and could be much better. Other than that, Christian, Emanuel and the entire staff made our trip unforgettable. Thank you !!

terrible experience. this is not a 5 star hotel and the service is not even 3. starting from the location which is on the worst beach in buzios, small and always with dirty water. the rooms that advertise as suites are actually standard rooms, I will only tell you that water was constantly falling from the air conditioners, despite the report they did not solve the problem. incompetent staff, bring a lot of patience because for everything you ask for either there is not or they take an hour.. every service in the hotel is an extra, even padel or tennis they make you pay 😂 !!! they charge you extra taxes for every purchase, be careful. it seems like a place to take advantage of the rich, but it has no value and but the rich are not ****** 😉 they should change the management and most of the staff, otherwise it is destined to fail.

Great infrastructure and a most amazing beach.Rooms were very well appointed with golf course view or sea view options. Outstanding fitness centre and well located pool. The hotel is dislocated from Buzios downtown The service was challenging because the staff struggled immensely with English and were not really focussed on international travellers.Having said this they were friendly and made special effort to accommodate our requirements. Definitely worth a visit.

The treatment was very relaxing. I could feel that Marta loves her job. The massage was wonderful and a great experience. The movements and the pressure of the massage was perfect. She could directly feel where more was needed. A great energy and very friendly personality.
