The only two favorable points are the location and the view from the rooms, otherwise the service provision is precarious, terrible cleaning, very dirty, very old bed sets and towels... the water ran out twice during our stay... Breakfast had no options and one day we told people that the oats were full of larvae, they didn't even apologize, they frowned at the warning and simply changed the oats. We will not return, nor recommend.

El hotel es hermoso, nos tocó una habitación con vista privilegiada. Los chicos de recepción muy amables. Los del desayuno amorosos. Tuvimos un inconveniente con el servicio de limpieza que nos tocaron algo que no era de su pertenencia, nada grave pero eso hay que chequear. El agua no salía demasiado caliente. Después todo impresionante. Desayuno bastante completo. Muchas gracias!

We stayed 5 nights in the first week of January 2024. We loved this accommodation and would recommend it to friends and family. The location is excellent, they have a van to make free transfers to the city center and also to the different beaches, at different times. The best thing they have is the incredible view from the rooms and the balcony. I would not recommend it for people with reduced mobility or elderly people, they surely have other hotels in the same latitude chain for these occasions. The breakfast was super complete and abundant with cold cuts, cakes, fruits. I would add natural juices instead of artificial ones. The guys at the reception (Diogo, Luan and Junior) were super friendly and willing to help. Something to keep in mind that if there are cloudy and rainy days like what happened to us, change the towels daily, since they couldn't dry. I would choose it again!

The only good thing was the excellent service from Junior, Luhan and Walter from maintenance. I met Walter because EVERYTHING WAS A DISASTER and he came to our room all the time. The telephone It didn't work so we had to go back and forth (x stairs) to reception. The air didn't work all the time, Walter had to go. They left the balcony door closed and we couldn't leave (Walter had to go) the beds were made as they wanted, one day they were so badly made that we went down to ask them to make it again, Manager Sol (TREMENDOUS how misplaced) told us "She trusted her staff" which is why she treated us like liars. We asked her what we gained by complaining or lying about it? (she believed that we go on vacation to undo beds and complain for the simple pleasure of doing so) we showed her that the phone was not working that they had gone to our room and had left a pot of cream that was not ours, that the air was not working, but she had no answers. What was most annoying was that by saying “I trust my staff” he is clearly saying that we were lying, which is something unheard of. A person who is in charge of a hotel must have another way of proceeding and if they make a mistake, try to amend or contain the guest, but no, THEY CARE ZERO about the guest, I don't want to imagine how they treat the staff. Due to cost reasons, they don't even have conditioner, just a cheap two-in-one shampoo that is TERRIBLE. The towels are changed every other day and the sheets every three days. The breakfast leaves a LOT to be desired and since they want them to spend things from the minibar, they don't have a dispenser with cold water at the reception. They give you only one key, meaning that if we are two or more people we all have to have a single key, obviously they do it for cost reasons so that you don't waste energy because if someone has to leave and wants to take the key those of us who stay in the room do not have light/air.

Excellent, balanced location. It has transfers included that are super useful to the beaches and the center. Very good breakfast, beautiful pool. All the staff very friendly. The room meets the requirements. Very good to return. Located 1 block from the main avenue.

We stayed at the end of December, we had the last room but the view was worth it, the place is very nice...good breakfast, nice bar that is open until 10pm, the staff were all very friendly...reception, breakfast, cleaning spa, it has a shuttle service to go to different beaches and at night to the center, the pool is very nice... everything you need to spend a beautiful vacation!!!! thank you pousada and spa villa mercedes!!!!! !
