My family and I stayed at Pousada Miratlântico from 2/1 to 6/1/24. The Hotel has good points to highlight, and many to improve. Of particular note is the excellent service and promptness of all staff. From those at the reception (Beatriz, Diego, Luca and Pedro), the pool bar (Érica), the restaurant and cleaning staff. The Wi-FI is also good, and deserves positive mention. The improvement would be the maintenance of the hotel's facilities, especially the rooms. Breakfast can also be improved. I've seen reviews that say the coffee is wonderful, but that's not all. far from it, it is just correct. And there are points that I have only seen occur at Pousada Miratlantico, such as the extra charge for pool towels. First time I saw a hotel charge for these towels.
