Very good hotel with excellent service. I had booked the standard quadruple room, but when we got there, we realized that the air conditioning was quite noisy and the room had a musty smell. I spoke at reception and we were promptly upgraded to the quadruple comfort room, this one with split air conditioning, completely silent and the room was very cozy, chalet style. Excellent breakfast and perfect service.
I recommend it for families, but pay attention to the type of room because of the small problem mentioned above.

We arrived yesterday for a six night stay. The rooms are disgusting. They smell like they were cleaned with a dirty rag and the smell won’t go away. The pillows smell like mold and the bed too. The sheets have weird stains and the bathroom glass door has not been cleaned in ages. The security box is just a key that blocks the openin the door, nothing safe about it. I asked for new pillows so we could at least sleep, and they only offered to give me new ones tomorrow. I don’t know what the hell are people think g in the previous reviews, this place is gross, overpriced and we are moving to a new hotel this morning. The best description for this hotel is low life disgusting sex motel.

My family and I stayed at Pousada Miratlântico from 2/1 to 6/1/24. The Hotel has good points to highlight, and many to improve. Of particular note is the excellent service and promptness of all staff. From those at the reception (Beatriz, Diego, Luca and Pedro), the pool bar (Érica), the restaurant and cleaning staff. The Wi-FI is also good, and deserves positive mention. The improvement would be the maintenance of the hotel's facilities, especially the rooms. Breakfast can also be improved. I've seen reviews that say the coffee is wonderful, but that's not all. far from it, it is just correct. And there are points that I have only seen occur at Pousada Miratlantico, such as the extra charge for pool towels. First time I saw a hotel charge for these towels.

A good option, with good value for money, on Praia da Ferdura. Located 10 minutes walk from Ferradura beach. Good service, polite staff A great pool and very good steam room. The rooms are simple but functional. Almost everyone has a balcony. Good breakfast, with delicious cheese bread The facilities are older, but everything is functional

We are very satisfied with the service provided. The location is good, Ferradura beach is a few steps away and if you don't mind walking there are two more on the northern side nearby. The food is good and so is the attention from the staff. In short, an excellent option.

Excellent location, hotel with a good location, close to the main tourist attractions. The reception has great service, super polite and friendly staff and the breakfast was very good. The room was very comfortable and clean.

The rooms are spacious, the staff are very polite, the wonderful swimming pool is a very good size with water at an ideal temperature, several sun loungers, a family atmosphere and the breakfast is exceptional!
