At first glance, the inn offers everything you need. Beautiful view, great service. But the master suite needs maintenance. The bathroom has very old metals, taps from the 90s, a shower that needs to be changed, no hygienic shower. The towels also do not match the daily price. The air conditioning does not cool perfectly. It just refreshes the room. Some cracks in the walls. No socket at bedside table level. Details that make the difference. Good service and helpful staff.

A pousada é longe do agito do centro de Búzios, mas conta com um excelente restaurante e um quarto confortável com um chuveiro maravilhoso. Perfeita para quem quer relaxar à beira mar. O atendimento dos funcionários faz o hóspede se sentir em casa quando é atendido com toda a simpatia do João no Restaurante Mero, e encontra uma limpeza do quarto impecável, no nosso caso, feita pela Babi. Abbiamo preso una stanza direttamente sul giardino decisamente accogliente, grande, curata. Ogni particolare dell' arredamento è di buon gusto. Ottima pulizia. Ambiente decisamente top. Consigliato. Unica pecca: se amate (come me) il pao de queijo non lo troverete all' apertura del salone della colazione (ore 8:00) ma dovrete nervosamente attendere (chissà perché?!?) fino alle 8;45 nonostante lo chiediate il giorno prima! Evidentemente il personale ha altro da fare ed ignora le richieste (accorate) della (scarsa) clientela.

Recepção excelente, staff simpático, solícito e atencioso. Estacionamento privativo e gratuito, nenhuma preocupação com isso. No salão de refeições, a mesma cordialidade, destaque para a Grazy, sempre com um sorriso e a satisfação em atender os hóspedes. A estrutura do Villa Rasa é excelente, quase que completamente plana, facilitando a mobilidade dos mais idosos, como é o meu caso. O acesso à praia se dá pela descida de meia dúzia de degraus, com pontos de apoio. A própria praia, fazendo jus ao nome, apresenta um aprofundamento nas águas suave e gradativo. Hospedei-me neste hotel e fiquei decepcionada. Ficamos na suíte luxo com banheira, mas nem consegui utilizá-la devido à aparência encardida. O pior foi me deparar com um bidê no banheiro. Fiquei chocada! Em uma suíte luxo, não havia ducha higiênica, apenas um bidê, algo completamente ultrapassado e pouco higiênico. Minha insatisfação começou antes mesmo de chegar ao hotel. Tentar fazer uma reserva pelo WhatsApp foi simplesmente impossível; acabei tendo que ligar para conseguir realizar a reserva. O café da manhã é bom, mas muito repetitivo. As opções são limitadas e permanecem as mesmas todos os dias. Ficamos hospedados por quatro dias, e durante todo esse período não houve variação. As cadeiras de praia não são muito confortáveis e estão bem gastas e algumas inclusive quebrada. Não há um suporte praia como anunciado no site. A cafeteira do quarto não funcionava, engolia as cápsulas e não funcionava.
