He is always available to help guests, showcasing his dedication and professionalism. Francisco at the reception was extremely welcoming and friendly. He gave us the best advice to make the most of our time in Búzios, ensuring that every moment was unforgettable. Any need we had was promptly addressed with a smile. He is undoubtedly a great member of the LATITUD HOTELES team. The breakfasts were unforgettable moments, with excellent service and delicious food. The cleanliness and quality of the kitchen were exceptional. We want to highlight Gabriela's attention, whose care every morning made us feel at home; we will miss her. We also want to mention Juliana, who was always attentive to ensure that nothing was missing at breakfast, making sure everything was perfect.

El lugar es muy bello, inserto en la naturaleza,espacios comunes muy lindos, rica comida buffet en desayuno, buenisima atención, todos muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar. Solamente agregar que la cama era muy dura y la Tv solo tenia acceso a canales nacionales.
