Have to agree with the previous comments, the place is a complete shambles, dirty pool, dirty common areas, unemptied ashtrays, food was served in unsanitary ways. Very careless staff, receptionist was often not present and smoking instead. All complaints were ignored. The place is very run down for any standard. Needs a new management and a revamp! Shame!

Legal action it's already open against this place I visit Rio de Janeiro and around is last 2 weeks I know Brasil very well; I have never been to a place like that before, I have requested a refund, and I have refused to stay in that place, and the reception don't give X for my request, the owner of that place must be the most smart businessman every I have open legal against again facts about the place I have provided pictures film every this to be able to get my refund back, I open 2 other legal actions on visa and *********** to request the refund of that place Please check pictures

Excellent place to spend a few days of rest. Quiet, cozy, clean, delicious breakfast, very attentive and helpful staff. Perfect location, connected to the Silk Club. I arrived at the bus station and asked for a car to take me to the inn, it was super fast and cheap.

We stayed at this inn for a weekend, staying in the master suite. Below are the items scored separated into positive and negative points. (+) we stayed in the master suite and it's a really nice size, with a balcony and an anteroom; (+) very good location in relation to the beach: beautiful sea view. In addition to being linked with Silk (a famous club in the city); (+) simple but complete breakfast; (-) room not very comfortable and smelling of mildew; (-) hotel is not accessible. We went with a baby and moving around the hotel facilities is terrible if you use a stroller; (-) cleanliness leaves something to be desired. Our room had a bathtub and when we turned on the whirlpool, everything came out of it, disgusting. One of the pools in the suite area was green with dirt and remained that way until we left. In summary, for the price charged it is not even remotely worth it. I do not recommend.

Excellent place with great location, spacious complete flats with all the structure. Attentive, polite staff, note 1000. I was very happy to find a great friend and a great cook, Chef Bruno Labanca working at the Hotel.

Excellent staff, warm and polite. Very predisposed. Comfortable and clean rooms. Half board, healthy and rich food with starter, main course or dessert. Super comfortable lounge chairs on the beach with very good bar service. We had a very nice time.

Unbeatable attention from the staff, reasonable prices, breakfast: UNBEATABLE !!! The Silk club is exclusive and as such at a very high cost... Kitchen staff 👏👏👏👏 Leonardo, Mateus and I don't remember the names of the other employees, with unbeatable careful attention!!! Thank you for the days that you made us spend with my wife and God willing that we can return soon!!! OBLIGATED!!
