Where to start? Ana and Leandro are wonderful hosts. They aspire kindness and were dedicated to make our stay perfect... And they did! The rooms are super neat and clean. The pousada is charming and colourful. The breakfast was exquisite and around 4pm they would leave coffee and cake in the main area. What struck us the most is the attention to detail.. from the Sicilian lemon soap, to leaving an umbrella at our front door when it started to rain, the small talk in the mornings. You can feel that everything they do, they put their heart into it. Location wise, you are about 25min walking from the downtown area. And 10min walking to the nearest beach. the pousada is very close to public transport, and there is Uber available in Buzios. There are many restaurants and shops in the vicinity aswell. Anyway, If we are back in Buzios, this is the place we will stay at and so should you! Obrigado Leandro and Ana!

I organized my family reunion at Casa Buziana. The layout was perfect! The rooms are like mini apartments, very spacious, extremely clean, and well-decorated. My room had two bathrooms, a king bed and a trundle bed. This is so rare to find! The service was outstanding and breakfast was unforgettable:) Casa Buziana is located next to the best beach, Geriba! They also gave us great recommendations of places to dine and beaches. I can not wait to go back. Thank you for having us 🙏❤️

Casa Buziana exceeded our expectations in every way. The owners are experts in making you feel right at home. They have excellent recommendations for restaurants and beaches. It's conveniently located near the best beaches in Buzios. They have everything you need. The apartments are extremely clean and the beds are so comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and the cafezinho and cake was always available when we returned from the beach. Lovely place. We will be back very soon.

Everything is excellent, the rooms, the cleanliness, the delicious breakfast, all homemade, and just back from the beach they await you with a delicious coffee and cake. The hosts are very attentive in everything. The location is very good, 50 meters from the main Av. Without a doubt, if I return to Buzios I will do so here.
