This isn't a 3 star hotel. Don't believe what you read here. It's a dirty place, low level, small room, breakfast is absolutely mediocre. The receptionist Diego, is rude and doesn't have skills for the job. We cancelled our booking, and moved to a great hotel after the bad experience of our arrival at this hotel. Avoid this place, or you will have an unpleasant time.

Creo que a la posada le falta un poco de mantenimiento, sobre todo en habitaciones. La que nos tocó tenía bastante olor a humedad. La atención en recepción de una de las empleadas deja mucho que desear ya que ni siquiera responde a un buenos días o buenas noches. Destaco la buena ubicación, fachada y espacios comunes limpios y ordenados. Desayuno variado y la merienda un plus.

Muy mala la atención en recepcionistas y los desayunos con las personas que te responden de mala manera. Los detalles de las habitaciones en limpieza de los baños y mantenimientos tmb tuvimos que pedir varias veces que vean, pérdida de agua en el aire y la manija de entrada de la habitación se salía siempre.

Muy mal olor en habitación 11 insoportable el olor a humedad y hongos. Pedimos cambio, nos dijeron que no había posibilidad en primera instancia (habiendo habitaciones desocupadas), insistimos escribiendo en instagram público y a los 3 minutos nos dieron una nueva habitación, la n°9. Esta no tenía ese olor a humedad pero si un olor desagradable en el baño (no identificable pero muy desagradable) permanente que tuvimos que soportar. El personal en su mayoría es muy indiferente, en recepción algunos turnos no saludaban, ni siquiera miraban a la cara. Las habitaciones en general antiguas, sábanas y toallas limpias eso sí. Piscina pequeña pero muy agradable. Terraza hermosa (lo mejor que tiene). Desayuno suficiente pero tengo la sensación de que el café no era de grano sino que soluble, eso fue decepcionante. Las instalaciones o áreas comunes mucho más limpias que las habitaciones. Falta mantenimiento y hacerse cargo del tema de los olores porque podría ser un gran hospedaje por su excelente ubicación... falta que quienes gerencian se hagan cargo de esos temas básicos.

Fomos direcionados ao quarto número 16. O quarto possuía um cheiro de mofo insuportável, comunicamos a recepção e prontamente nos mudaram de quarto. Foram bem rápidos na transição. Sorte em ter um quarto vago. A recepcionista do hotel é uma pessoa nada agradável. Precisa de treinamento para lidar com os hóspedes de maneira igualitária. O café da manhã é muito fraco. Os pães , bolos e biscoitos,parecem velhos. O café preto e coado é excelente. As frutas estavam com bom aspecto . Outra falha é a entrega de somente uma chave. Como estava com uma amiga e tínhamos interesses diferentes, precisei acorda -la a noite para abrir a porta , já que não poderia ter levado -a, pois sem ela, a energia do quarto é cortada. O quarto ao qual fomos redirecionados estava com o vaso entupido e logo solucionaram o problema. A piscina é pequena, mas agradável. A roupa de cama é limpa e cheirosa. O chuveiro delicioso, excelente jato de água. No geral é um bom custo benefício.

Muy malo. Llegamos no teniamos agua caliente, con una bebe. Escaleras, y pedimos abajo. No andaba el telefono, la luz rota, enchufes flojos. Un olor espantoso en el baño. Las recepcionistas no contestan cuando les hablas, estan 24/7 con el celular o tejiendo. Realmente una burla! No vayan porque te arruinan las vacaciones estas cosas

A localização do hotel é especial! Com uma equipe bem atenciosa, o hotel tem um bom atendimento com um café da manhã bem servido. Os quartos são limpos e as roupas de cama novas. É bem perto da praia de João Fernandes, de muito fácil acesso e com estacionamento próprio.

Excelente opción. 10 en limpieza, 10 en desayuno y merienda. Lo único para mejorar sería que las personas que atienden en la recepción hablen castellano. Solo un hombre a la noche hablaba español. El plus que ofrece es la exquisita merienda que está incluida con el alojamiento. El wifi funciona correctamente en todo el hotel

Hotel muy bien ubicado con buenos servicios y atencion de su personal !! Pileta climatizada, habitacion amplia y con hermosa vista, todos los servicios de la habitacion funcionaron correctamente. El desayuno es mas que aceptable, ofrecen de cortesia una merienda por la tarde y lo mejor es la ubicacion !!
