We booked here for the jacuzzi and pool. I called 2 days before stay they said it qorked. When we got there, they told me it didn't. We left and to Best Western, we never stayes at the La Quinta and the guy still checked us in after he told me he issued a refund.. He never did. I have to call many times, their phone lines aren't working properly. I had to go back to the location and talk to a young lady about the refund that was never issued. I was charged while I was sleep over night for a room we never stayed in. She finally issued a refund and told me what the guy did.
