GGuest UserThe hotel has a small front, but the room is big, the bed is also big, and the sleep is still very comfortable! However, there is always a problem with the water in the toilet! There is free breakfast! There is ice water and fruit in the lobby on the first floor! You can also ask the waiter for bottled water. Simple meals can be made in the room, and there are plates and refrigerators! The airport bus is very convenient

GGuest UserThe shuttle driver to the airport was the highlight of this stay, which, as a Sheraton, should not be the expectation. The desk staff were pleasant enough, but when leaving the lobby to cross the driveway to the second building where the room was located, we saw the most ridiculous situation I have ever encountered at a hotel or even MOTEL. The entry was a split level, ten or so steps up or down without any ramp or elevator. Seeing as the clerk saw we were traveling internationally and had three massive and heavy suitcases, placement in that location was inconvenient at best. If I had not had my son present, there is no way that I could have lifted the luggage to arrive at the room. This does not even take into account someone with mobility concerns.
The restaurant staff were courteous enough, but prices were insanely elevated. Vending machines were scarce and had different offerings in the main building and the satellite building. For example, my building had empty snack machines and the main building had soda machines and ice machines with no prices noted, and when a card was used, the soda was 4.00.
All in all, would NOT recommend whatsoever. The poorest Sheraton I have ever stayed at. Unfortunately, I had told my family that Sheraton was considered a good hotel chain. No longer true if this is a representation.
Sewage leaking in the parking garage with caution tape all around was just icing on the cake.

SsknoseyThis hotel is on a motorway so not really near any shops or restaurants and is used when flights are cancelled so you can suddenly end up in a massive queue as they turn up. Having said that, its a decent hotel and if it were located somehwere else I would stay there again. There are shopping centres in Uber distance but I was conned a couple of times as there is heavy traffic around rush hour which is 4pm-8pm there and an alternative route through a tunnel which i was charged €10 but then found it is only for a tiny bit and the roads are clear. They are not proper Ubers but normal taxi drivers who use the Uber app to get jobs but still charge you on the meter and mess around if you dont agree to go through the tunnel. €40 one-way into town! So, no issues with the hotel itself, just the location. Its only suitable maybe if you already have a car or just stay there to access the airport.

TTheMarylandMonloeThe hotel staff was not only professional but very very kind. The facilities were clean and they had no problem assisting with additional asks. I needed a vase for flowers I received and came back to my choice of two different ones. From the front desk to the valet (whom were exceptional) I was more than happy with my stay. I love Trip.com!

GGuest UserIt was good to enjoy good service at a good hotel.. The staff was friendly at the time of check-in and the condition of the room was excellent. The room was so good that I wanted to stay again and I would like to recommend it to other salma. All the facilities, including the amenities in the room, were perfect. It's a two-star hotel, but I don't know why it's two. I think it's okay to make it a little more generous and give it about four stars. It has the advantage of location. You should enjoy it, too.

GGuest UserJust spent the night. Checked in around 6pm and checked out at 11am. Check out is a bit early. I’d hope for at least noon. The shuttle schedule is awful. Peak times there is no shuttle service. I guess the plus side is it’s only a 10 or so minute walk to the metro.
Breakfast is just meh. It comes with the room but def nothing to get up and rush down for.
The check in (front desk) staff was nice. I think you may get better rate booking directly with hotel.
I’d stay again if in the area.

AAnonymous UserPros: Location! It’s so close to the Crystal City Station (3 mins walk) so you can get to the downtown or even other placed by Metro easily. Other than that, I find the airport shuttle extremely helpful as it begins as early as 4 am and I had super early flight outside of Metro’s operating hour. The shuttle runs every 30mins and very punctual.
Cons: While the room is big enough, but the design and the hotel are old… The biggest downside to me is there is no complimentary bottled water in the room at all despite staying in such hotel brand…

GGuest UserThe room is spacious and the configuration is quite complete. It is mainly very close to the Pentagon. The surrounding environment is good. There is Macy's nearby. It feels good security. It is extremely convenient to eat, drink and play. It is very suitable for the deep experience of DC center area.

CCHUNYANWe belong to where we go to book a hotel nearby. We are a family of four traveling on this trip. The breakfast in American hotels is incomparable to that in China. The main feature is free parking.
