The space was impeccable! I loved the view, the unit was comfortable, clean and cozy. I loved the staff at the front desk, they were very friendly and professional, even gave me tips of some things to do in the area! The only cons I have are the cleaning crew was a little robust, they didn't knock or announce presence before attempting to enter, that could be because of the language barrier. Also there was no security latch on the door, so no extra security. Something that I would have appreciated being that I was tracking alone. The location placement is perfect, plenty of things to do in just 10-20 travel time.

I was impressed with gentleman at front desk when I checked in Friday. Very professional and helped with check-in issues. Room was great.
The rest of front desk staff may need some additional customer service training. They seem to not realize that there are guest that do not live in building and lack patience.
Overall my stay was a good one.

It is the heart of Ballston. Many eating and drinking options in walking range. Major shopping, with Macy's, just down the street.

My stay was an amazing time. This place is soooooo nice. Super clean, modern and décor was really cute. The front desk staff was very nice, check in was super easy, and quick. I would definitely stay here again. You won’t regret your stay. I can promise!!

My stay was great! Besides a dead roach coming out of the yellow blanket in the closet and housekeeping came by twice BEFORE checkout. We know what time it was, they came by at 7:30AM AND 10:38AM. Which is super annoying bc we were sleeping. Checkout isn’t until 11. Why are they knocking on the doors at 7:30? We had a 3.5hr drive and been up since the first housekeeper came by which sucks for us!

I stayed here for a month. Housekeepers only come once a week. They NEVER came when they were supposed to. When they did, they came inside without knocking while I was getting dressed. It was very embarrassing. The layout of the place is great. Management & communication has been horrible.
