I will not suggest to stay in this hotel, everything is very bad

This is a good option for a budget stay but it’s not a very nice motel. Staff was so-so. It’s also not very close to public transit.

This hotel opened in 1960. The bed frame and other things inside should not have been changed. They are too old! The carpet is black and the bathroom is also very dirty. Fortunately, the sheets are clean. The best thing is the location. It is very close to the cemetery and you can walk there. It is not far to take a taxi to Capitol Hill. Otherwise, more than 900 a night is really a rip-off! ! After the epidemic, all the motels in the United States were bought by Indians. The management is really bad and stingy. I stayed in three hotels and only one was acceptable. So I continue to give a bad review for this one

Motel type, the requirements should not be too high, the air conditioner is damaged and cannot be used, the room environment is poor, parking is convenient, and breakfast is OK

The hotel facilities are relatively old but overall clean and acceptable. There is a basic breakfast.

The room facilities are very old, probably because the furniture is too old. There is a musty smell in the room and it needs ventilation. The hygiene is pretty good, the breakfast is good, and the service is pretty good. The location is good. It takes about 10 US dollars to take a taxi to the Capitol Building and the museum tourist center.

The location is good, but the subway station is a bit far (15 minutes), but it was walkable, and it was nice to have ample parking facilities. Breakfast was okay and the apples were delicious I'll be back when I go to Washington.

Standard American motel, the decoration is very old, the facilities are very old, the swimming pool is closed, and the wifi is very poor. The advantage is that the location is good, the security is good, the room is clean, affordable, the breakfast is acceptable, the convenience stores and several restaurants around are very convenient, the sales manager and the front desk guy are very friendly.

This was an odd one. Price was right, decent area of Arlington off of a major road, but the motel concept does not seem compatible with the area. The motel was clean, but desperately in need of a major upgrade everywhere. Some of the outdoor stairs are very rusted and the plumbing is very old.

Super simple accomodations for a good price. No frills. Breakfast rather impressive for such a basic stay. Walk to Metro had shops and restaurants and felt safe even late at night. Price was fair for DC. Zero frills and well worn but no complaints other than needing to leave unscreened window open due to heat. Did I mention zero frills?

The hotel was some how good especially for a mini-budget, it provides standard breakfast, there is a central location of coffee and microwave at the lobby available 24/7, all are located into very clean area, there is a flexible chairs and long coffee table, there is sofa and tables at the reception. The hotels rooms were dirty, the corridors was very dirty, the cleaners were making noises using the troll, moving things undisciplined. warm water was only from the bathroom, there was limited transportation, the metro is very far you need to walk about 20-30minutes to reach metro station, if you have luggage's with you it is a problem. There is a mini supermarket around with some foods packaged already, but also some few restaurant around. at least the Hotel staff can arrange taxi transport to other areas at you own cost; there were no assurance of the security on the backside view rooms (parking lot) no control at all for a person either entering by foot or by car, you can access anytime the rooms from outside without even simple registration form of the vehicle. I slept, but I did not felt secured. I will not inspired at all, if I will recommend someone, maybe the upstairs from side view and not the compound rooms.

In 30 years of business travel this is the worst experience I've had staying in a hotel (motel). Rooms were dingy and only marginally clean. Mold in the bathrooms, stains on the bed, and detreating wallpaper. The whole facility was dilapidated and look like it could be a set for a horror movie. The fact that my window didn't lock made me feel unsafe. It was an unpleasant and frightful experience.

Frankly I never write reviews but this building should be demolished. It is absolutely falling apart and there was a open wire in the bathroom ceiling, water damage on the walls, even signs on the inside door saying to not leave valuables and use all the locks on the doors. There was little food offered for breakfast… I can go on about this property.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Beds were uncomfortable and creaky, the place was filthy and smelled. It looks like it hadn't been touched up in at least 30 years. The door did not seal so there was a huge draft of cold air coming in. In my decades of traveling this is the only time I have ever left a hotel to go somewhere else.
