Clean room but in need of refreshing (shower head that doesn't work, toilet door that's hard to open and rubs on the floor). The bar closes at 10 p.m., arriving at 10:05 p.m. the staff was on site, not very commercial. The buffet to avoid, both for the hot dishes filled with flies and for the breakfast summed up with a hot orange juice and crushed and dry bread which must date from the day before.

Impeccable stay but horrible arrival: no one at reception which we had not been warned about, wrong key in the safe, non-existent directions for finding the studio. Fortunately we were able to disturb a guard an hour later who gave us the right key and accompanied us

Horrible hotel, lost in the countryside in an area that is scary, given the number of gates and guards and more than 6km from Arles. We hadn't arrived for 5 minutes and we were looking to see if we could cancel. Everything is closed, not a soul is alive. No service because no staff, reception closed at 5 p.m., also closed at 8:30 a.m. We had to call an emergency number. Room on the level of an F1, without decoration, cluttered on the floor with buckets, brooms and vacuum cleaner because you have to clean. costs: €80 if you do not empty the trash, €86 if you leave after 10 a.m., etc. Tiny bathroom, invaded by tiny ants, towels the size of a postage stamp, no hot water for the shower. Toilet leaking all night. No shampoo, and we ran out of supplies with no staff to turn to. You are just a wallet. There is certainly a golf course but it is not part of this hotel. Big, big scam!!!!

Have a good stay. Quiet residence, nice entertainment, great kids' club and pleasant staff. Small Bmol on the size of the accommodation and storage. No grocery store too bad, you have to leave the Residence. Air conditioning in all rooms of the accommodation, nice swimming pool suitable for everyone with plenty of shade for the deckchairs. Very nice family stay in a pleasant and very pretty place.

Pleasant stay in terms of location. Pleasant setting. on the other hand, the cleaning upon entry, a doubt about the maintenance of the floor (vacuum cleaner and washing???). as well as the tiles in the shower?? Sincerely

The place is very pleasant and the welcome was very friendly not far from the city center

We took a week's vacation via the ODALYS website. The images and video are tempting but once there it’s a NIGH**ARE. Very strong smell of humidity, Invasion of ants in the apar**ent (they climb on the beds, food, belongings, etc.), dirty dishes and accommodation. No storage for food and very low water flow. The pool is freezing even in the heat. The activities are located outside the residence in non-air-conditioned places such as the jail marquee. The residence and the exteriors are not maintained (everything is fallow etc…) the service is non-existent, the accommodation manager brushes aside any dispute and is completely unpleasant and haughty (according to her: ants are normal, we are in the Camargue, the lack of storage due to their developer, the smell of humidity is the air conditioning etc…, moreover if we are not happy we have to look elsewhere…). Furthermore, the small road to get there is winding and dangerous when two cars pass each other. The worst vacation of my life if you are looking for a place to relax and have a pleasant stay, ESPECIALLY do not stop at this residence where vacationers are left to their own devices!
