This hotel is 2km from Arles old city center. Its environment is poor as it's surrounded by roads and concrete - unbearable in summer. The walk to the city centre is via an ugly highway. There is a bus, but it is not reliable. The hotel is budget, and of course you understand there is no fridge nor coffee making facilities. There is a cafe/bar and restaurant downstairs. There is also a food/drinks machine. But this is not stocked except with sweet drinks, so in summertime, you cannot even buy a bottle of cold water except you have to pay at the bar.
