Sowell Family les Amandiers

For our second stay on the site we opted for the sowell FAMILY side. Location: Ideally located right next to the central square, very easy to access and close for ease of movement with children. Nice patio. Only downside: the accessibility of the lake is not secured for ground floor accommodation with young children (under 2 years old). Accommodation: refreshed but not finished in the sense that there is no silicone cord in the kitchen and the suppliers come and help themselves to your personal belongings! A bay window that is difficult to maneuver even with 2 hands! Obligation to put the travel cot in front of the front door, not facilitating movement in the accommodation. The positive points: Air-conditioned!! with small functional kitchen: microwave, fridge, sink. Quiet!! Swimming pool: availability of deckchairs, too bad the area around the pool is so slippery. A shoe area should be installed at the entrance for hygiene (strollers refused but shoes allowed ....). Catering: good, friendly staff, high chairs and booster seats in number (unlike our first experience). On the other hand, at 1 p.m., don't be late, the dishes are removed. Entertainment and activities: entertainment punctuates the day with lunchtime entertainment, aperitif games, and lively evening entertainment. Activities are free for 0-3 year olds but the maintenance leaves something to be desired for the safety of the little ones. In conclusion: this vacation with my children reminded me of my childhood vacations with areas for improvement for the comfort of the vacations.

Simply perfect from start to finish. We spent a few days at the Sowell with our 4 year old son and we really loved it. The staff is lovely, always smiling, a kind word... The room was large, very well laid out and ideally located in the hotel (we will surely request the same one on our next visit) The swimming pool is magnificent, very well secured for children. The all-inclusive formula is essential, we didn't have to think about anything, except resting and enjoying the pleasant outdoors. The buffets are very well stocked, varied and the dishes change every day to satisfy young and old. We only deplore the lack of politeness and respect of certain holidaymakers, towards the staff in particular or the hotel's facilities (tables left disgusting by certain groups, failure to respect the simple rules of the swimming pool, shouting late in the hotel in the evening, bottles thrown by holidaymakers....) PS: I'm posting photos for the bitter ones who think it's dirty, that there's nothing to eat and so on

We benefited from a promotion for the all-inclusive formula and the quality-price ratio is really excellent. The setting is very pleasant, the staff charming. The meals are good and varied. Ideal for visiting the beautiful city of Arles and the Camargue.

We had a great time at the Sowell Les Amandiers. Very welcoming staff, relaxing pool and good for young children, varied buffet in all-inclusive mode, spacious room. Not everything was perfect, we reported a few small details but we had a good holiday.

A recommander, l'accueil est parfait, le personnel souriant et disponible et surtout un plus pour le chef cuisinier à la barbe blanche pour la qualité des repas.

Hôtel chaleureux et accueillant pour se ressourcer en famille et découvrir, profiter ensemble de moments inoubliables de découverte et complicité autour des multiples activités proposées. On y est cocooné par tous. A faire et à refaire !
