I needed to do some laundry but the receptionist kept postponing it (we arrived before the check in time and I tried later that night) as she didn’t want to take responsibility for it but we only had two days so by the time the room cleaner came to the bedroom they could no longer guarantee delivery. There was only a small bottle of water for 3 people in the room and when we came back from dinner they suggested to try the vending machine, which was empty. The cleaner didn’t wash the tea cups and left stains on the table, nothing terrible but definitely not the best customer service I experienced for a 4 star hotel
