The place is perfect. But the personal isn't very well! Maybe the management have to think about that! We had paid for 3 person but all the time they we were there they think that we are 2!!!!

The pizza at bello gusto was exceptional probably the best pizza I've had I would recommend eating there every night, the staff are amazing and so helpful with every topping you can ask for

LiLs Review is spot on. I hope the hotel takes the comments contained within the review as constructive and make improvements to put right the short falls. My family enjoyed our stay however I feel they must address the (not sure how to say it, so I'm going to be blunt sorry for any offence) the terrible smell from the toilet. Before I suggest my remedy for this issue I apologise again. Do not flush the toilet during the night when using the facilities. All in all a great family holiday.

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Cost We were extremely disappointed with the quality of beverages provided during our stay. The soft drinks were consistently bland and flat, and the alcoholic options were of noticeably poor quality. Having spent over £5,000 on what we hoped would be a memorable family holiday, we expected a much higher standard. While we fully understand that local branded drinks are often served — and have had no issue with this in previous years — the offerings at this hotel were well below acceptable standards. Unfortunately, this significantly impacted our overall experience. Based on this, we would not recommend this hotel and would strongly advise others to consider alternative options. We raised our concerns with Jet2, and after waiting over eight weeks for a response, we received an apology. However, we were advised that no compensation could be offered, which added to our overall disappointment. Unfortunately, this experience significantly impacted our holiday, and we would not recommend this hotel to others

We stayed at Caretta Paradise for 7 nights as a family of four (with a 10-month-old and a 4-year-old). The positives: the hotel is spotless, rooms are cleaned daily, and the pools/waterpark are fantastic for both adults and children. The lifeguards were great fun while keeping everyone safe, and we never struggled to get sunbeds. Unfortunately, the food really let the hotel down. While there was plenty of variety, most of it was poor quality—dry meat, burnt, bony, or left cold and soggy. Drinks were disappointing too: watered-down beer and no premium brands available despite some guests paying extra. The snack bar looked great but everything was pre-cooked and unappetising. On the plus side, the Italian restaurant served excellent stone-baked pizzas (probably the best food all week), and the Asian restaurant was “just okay” but still better than the main buffet. The kids club was a real let-down. Activities listed on the app didn’t apply here, the English club was empty, and we were told the lively kids club was only for Polish children. Evening entertainment wasn’t much better—certainly not family-friendly. Staff were a mixed experience: cleaners and lifeguards were brilliant, but most bar staff were unfriendly and disinterested. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential—it’s clean, modern, and has great facilities—but the poor food, drinks, entertainment, and kids’ activities made it a disappointing stay and not worth the money paid.

Diaz the bartender was absolutely great, he was fun, friendly and looked after us well. He was the highlight of the holiday. He works in block D pool bar in the day and the bar in the night by block M. Good hotel with nice food and lots of things to do. Waterpark was good as well.

We went to Caretta Paradise Resort and Waterpark as a family of four. Two adult, one 12 year old and one 1,5 year old. The place was amazing with great facilities for all ages. Plenty of good restaurants with amazing food. Here I would like to specially mention the server Jessie (I believe he is called). He made every meal so special for me and my family and made it a great experience for my 1,5 year old. If you see him, you're met with kindness, humbleness, humor and an amazing smile. All in all a great person! My only downside is the disco during the evening is very loud and the hotel rooms are very loud too. Nothing you can't sleep from, but just s minor nuisance when you're tired. All in all this place has my highest recommendation!
