Guests appreciate the varied breakfast options, clean and spacious rooms, and friendly staff. The prime location opposite the gondola is convenient for skiers. Some rooms may appear slightly dated.

A lovely friendly hotel that delivers on all counts. Placed across the road from the main gondola was ideal. The staff were helpful and kind. Great restaurant with plenty of food for breakfast as well as dinner after a full day of skiing. Jessica was also brilliant in helping me to improve my Spanish! Good value for money. All facilities were comfortable. Thank you for a really great week.

Our stay at this hotel was part of crystal ski package. The hotel was in a great location, near shops, bars and most importantly opposite the gondola. We were half board and breakfast was buffet style, varied and plentiful. Dinner was 3 courses with 3choices for each. All the food was delicious and we were stuffed every night. We especially appreciated the packed breakfast on departure for our early check out and long journey home. Our room was large with 2 single beds pushed together and a set of bunk beds. We had a good sized bathroom with bath (which was well needed after a day on slopes). The shower was powerful too. Always hot water available. The staff were awesome, from reception to restaurant staff. There were mostly English/Irish guests here and very few kids. Can’t fault this hotel at all, I’d definitely recommend it and stay here again.

This hotel is in an excellent location, right across from the gondola and very close to the bars and restaurants. The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpfull. The food was excellent- the deserts at dinner were exceptional! It was our first time in andorra and thought the area was charming. We would definitely recommend this hotel for it's location and staff.

Hotel Montané is an absolute gem. We stayed for a week as part of a skiing package and we loved the hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and serviced every day. The location of the hotel is ideal, right in the middle of Arinsal and directly across the road from the ski gondola. Our package included a three course dinner every night and the quality of the food was excellent. There were three choices for each course every night, and no repetition over the week. The hotel restaurant offered an extensive drinks menu as well. On the day we were leaving, we had a very early departure and were provided with a packed breakfast for our journey, which was most welcome. The shower head in our room was a bit worn and could do with being replaced, but otherwise we have no notes! Hotel Montané's crowning glory is the staff. Everyone we met was friendly and cheerful, and seemed to have great rapport with each other and with their guests. It was so consistent that it really demonstrated excellent training and team spirit. We really felt valued and appreciated. In summary, I would highly recommend Hotel Montanè to anyone looking for a homely, friendly place to base themselves in Arinsal.

Second time staying here! Lovely hotel good value for money. Clean room and very comfortable bed. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Waitress Jess was especially very good and definitely deserves some recognition for how attentive she is! evening menu normally 3 options for starters, main and dessert. Starter options normally soup, salad or pasta. Soup was lovely every night. Mains normally two meat options and one veggie. Will cater to vegan if you ask in advance. We really appreciated the effort they made to provide vegan food as not every hotel will. Examples of mains I can remember; fish and chips, hunters chicken, spinach and chickpea curry, pizza. We really liked the options. Homely food just what we wanted after a long day skiing. You my find the Breakfast buffet quite simple if you’re expecting a full english. But the options are more than enough for the week, and is the option of paying for a fresh cooked breakfast. The location is of the hotel is great, right across from the gondola. Also some great bars near by, outdoor bar opposite can’t remember the name but your hear the music when you get off the gondola, Cisco’s if you’re looking for a party vibe, el cabin if you’d like something more chill. & California grill does great frozen margaritas. Rooms are more than enough for a comfortable stay, ours was quite small and slightly dated but as you don’t spend much time in the room who cares. As our shower was in a bath tub the only issue we had during our stay was if other rooms were showering some how we would get water coming up through our bath plug making a horrible noise. Staff said it was a plumbing issue so is something that should be looked into fixing. Luckily no one showered late so it wasn’t too much of an issue but was annoying. Wifi in the rooms isn’t great, so if that could be improved that would be good. these are just small tweaks that would make the hotel even better. Overall we have Been happy with our stay both times and will definitely return for a third :D

We visited Arinsal and stayed in Hotel Montane for a week. We had arrived after long journey and quite exhausted only to find our room clean and warm. After taking a bath we needed to go to the neighbouring restaurant due to the hotel one was overbooked. I must admit I was not happy with this initially but after having a delicious meal I changed my mind. The same happened on the following morning when we had a tasty breakfast in the cafe nearby. Since then we had our breakfasts and dinners in our hotel and we enjoyed them . Most of the time there was only us in the hotel and we had an excellent service. The waitress who looked after us was a very nice and pleasant woman. She must be an asset to this hotel. Our room was a two bedded one with a beautiful view of the mountains . The room was always clean and tidy and we had enough coffee and tea in our room. Next to the reception was a coffee machine so one could serve themself with more hot drinks and eat a bit of cake always left for tired hikers. The reception staff were also very nice and very helpful. So as a summary a memorable and enjoyable stay.

We stayed at the Hotel Montane in September at the end of a walk across Andorra, and we were a bit disappointed. It seems to be a hotel that tries to hit a budget price point, but is dated and has some odd policies. A 20euro returnable deposit for the remote control for the in-room TV? No thanks. The hotel website suggests in-room tea and coffee making facilities. Nope, just basic a machine in the hotel lobby where you're watched over by the receptionist. The hotel website also suggests the hotel has a top-class restaurant. Not when we were there! Perhaps it was low season (there were only two couples staying at the time) and so they couldn't be bothered, but the set 3-course food we had didn't match the website spiel. The waitress was friendly enough but couldn't provide a jug of tap water, the wine list was only by the bottle, couldn't provide a coffee after the meal and instead just said use the machine in the lobby. The food itself was hearty but basic, not the experience expected. The breakfast was a bit different in that the buffet selection was already on the table. That may have been because there were only two couples at breakfast, but there was far too much available due to having to provide a wide selection. But they must have had quite a bit of wastage, or they re-used the food which is a bit off-putting. The seeded baguette was nice though! The room was ok, but dated in décor and style, and overall a bit tired and tatty.

Stayed for week in Hotel Montane. Staff friendly. Right beside rental shop and Gondola and in centre of Arinsal which was brilliant. 2adults, 2kids in the family room. Rooms are basic but clean. Food was great every night for the dinner with 3 choices for starters main and desert and different every night . Kids also could have adult meal which was great. More plugs in rooms would be handy for charging phones.
