We stayed on the top floor, looking down to Arinsal. The view was beautiful. The apartment, a one bedroom (open plan style) was a bit of a squeeze for our family of 4 (2 young children). The bed was huge and comfortable, the sofa bed was a decent comfort level. The kitchen was a bit sparse, only one set of cutlery per person etc. It had a fridge freezer, 2 ring hob, an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, toastie machine, coffee pod machine, mokka pot, 1 frying pan, 1 sauce pan and a few utensils. It was enough. The bathroom was great, it even had a washing machine. The jacuzzi bath was a nice touch. A few toiletries which was useful and the hairdryer was good too. The walk to the gondola would be too far in ski boots, we hired a locker at the top so the length of the walk was fine for us, less than 10 minutes. The road is not ideal with kids though as there is no path on one stretch so you have to walk in the road. The main cons..... The heating in the room is central to the hotel so you cannot adjust the temperature. It was uncomfortably hot the whole time. My husband and son slept on the sofa bed with the door open (even though it snowed one of the nights) and my daughter and I slept on the bed under just a sheet. We had pre-paid for breakfast but upon arriving we found out that it didn't open until 8:15am. The gondola opens at 8:15 so we missed breakfast every day. The spa was advertised as "unlimited," but this wasn’t the case. Guests are only entitled to a 45-minute session every other day. We booked our sessions for the day after we arrived (Sunday) and again on Tuesday. You can only choose from the remaining available time slots, which, for us, meant an 8 p.m. session — a bit late for the kids, but they were excited nonetheless. Our Sunday session went smoothly, but on Tuesday, after giving our room number, we were let into the spa. 20 minutes later, another family arrived with the same receptionist we had booked with. It turned out there had been a mix-up, our booking was mistakenly recorded for the previous Tuesday. As a result, we were asked to leave, leaving our children very disappointed. Instead of asking the other family, who were 20 minutes late, to reschedule, we were offered a 9 p.m. slot. We declined, as it would have meant getting dried, dressed, waiting, and then changing back into wet swimwear 40 minutes later. The following day, as we were checking out, we were offered breakfast as compensation for the mix-up. Even if we hadn't already paid for bed and breakfast, this gesture would've come too late as we already had our bags on our backs ready to walk out the door. It's a shame it didn't quite hit the mark because it's s lovely property.

We had a wonderful 4 days here, close to everything. The rooms were well serviced and the breakfast/coffee was very good. On departure we left a key behind us but Susana and her team arranged to have it sent on to us. Very happy with accomadation and service...well done 👏

Average.... Pro's - Friendly staff - Multi lingual - Rooms clean - No issues with washing machine - Jacuzzi was a hit for the kids Cons - Gym outdated and has to be booked same time as spa. - Sofa bed was horrific. I slept on it a week and had lack of sleep, it was creaky and you could feel the springs through it :-( - Couldn't stream on TV I.e YouTube as signal kept dropping It's in a good location but be warned.... its an uphill walk going back and so difficult carrying small children ski equipment/walking in ski boots. If you'd like to stay here to save a bit of cash try renting ski lockers up the mountain. We ended up paying £90 to literally keep them at the bottom of the gondola as they had sold out at the top. TIP: If you are going skiing buy the lunch vouchers they are worth every penny.

Very good customer service, the staff couldn’t do enough for you. The rooms where spacious and had everything needed for a weeks stay The sauna and jacuzzi was a lovely addition once you come off the slopes. The price of the drinks in the restaurant where very cheap compared to other restaurants in Andorra.

Arriving at the aparthotel, we were mesmerised by the beautiful scenery of the majestic mountains. Upon entering the hotel, there is a beautiful smell of cleanliness and baked delicacies (since we arrived in the morning). The apartment was very clean, having every possible commodity. Considering there were pets in other rooms, we never heard any barking. There is also a trampoline and small swings for children to enjoy. The spa is very pleasant, especially after a day of skiing. The staff always approached us with a warm smile and helpfulness. The breakfast is delicious, with different choices of juices, hot beverages, cereal, yoghurt, baked delicicassents, ham and cheese and bread. Parking was also provided by the hotel in their own area just adjacent to the aparthotel. Having the commodities of microwave and stove it is ideal with children who would want to eat or cook a snack. The cable car to go up to the mountains is also close by and if you don't feel like using your car to go or walking there is also a free bus. We highly recommend it and definitely will revisit when going to Andorra.

I should have stayed here as a group of friends in Feb 21 but due to covid was unable too. The team at the hotel was excellent in refunding the original monies paid and allowing to rebook again for the same time this year. Unfortunately one family were unable to travel and were given until 3 weeks before making the final decision to cancel. Also helped with all kinds of queries over the last 12 months and so accommodating, would recommend to stay here.

We stayed for 3 nights in a 1-bedroom apartment with balcony. It was warm, comfortable (especially the huge bed) and well equipped if there for a longer stay. At €5 a head, we opted to have breakfast everyday, a bargain for fresh coffee and a cold buffet choices. We also enjoyed a glass or two of wine in the bar before heading into town for dinner, chatting with the friendly staff who spoke english and french. It's a 4-500m walk downhill to the gondola in the morning which might be a struggle if you are herding small children too. You can avoid an uphill walk in the afternoon by returning by the chairlift which is above the hotel, for a similar distance walk downhill. We didn't try out the spa facilities, but these could be booked for a private 45-minute slot on a sheet in the breakfast room. Its a really lovely friendly place, with great apartments but all the benefits of a hotel. The thing that really makes it stand out is the helpfulness of the staff. They were helpful with tips all through our stay but really saved us on our last morning. After -15 degrees temperature overnight, our car battery failed, and one of the staff rushed home to get jump leads and got our car started. Thank you Alberto!! We will be back for more later in the winter, and also in the summer months to investigate some of the Arinsal hiking and biking trails.

Très bien situé, très bon accueil, appartement très très correct fonctionnel et propre. Un petit déjeuner bien fourni pour le prix modique. Seul bémol, l'odeur dans les chambres, sûrement un problème de canalisations à corriger pour avoir une meilleure note
