We stayed for 5 nights in Dec 2023 and we enjoyed it so much! The room is clean and spacious enough to have 2 large suitcases opened. Loved the design of the bathroom, very practical and well ventilated. The inside of the building is warm at all times. Also lots of facilities to use in the hotel, we tried the sauna, spa, message and played bowling. Definitely going to stay here again when we go skiing in Arinsal

The rooms are very poorly heated we spent 2 nights without heating with my children of 3 children I was full of staff they say we can do nothing it's the automatic heating!!!!

A good room on the 5-star side, but not by booking through Trip. Also, I booked a room and then they made me pay for a second person, with an additional charge for my wife, and that to me is in bad taste. You guys look bad.
The room they gave us did not have hot water and the breakfast was very expensive for me, 18 euros. So I decided to go down for just one day. They told me it was 9e but it wasn't like that. The hotel is very good, but we haven't been in a while, but I think we're going to stop going again, because the intermediaries are ineffective, and they're going to see who they catch being stupid.

Hotel Review – Second Stay This was our second stay at this hotel, and once again, we were impressed by its excellent location—just a short walk to the ski lifts and close to plenty of great restaurants. The hotel is spotless, and despite being noticeably understaffed, the team remained friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Breakfast was consistently good, offering a nice variety to start the day. However, the biggest disappointment was the evening food at Luis Restaurant. On previous visits, we couldn’t fault it, but this time, it was well below standard—bordering on inedible. This was a real shame, as we had been looking forward to dining there again. Overall, the hotel itself remains a great choice for a ski trip due to its cleanliness, location, and welcoming staff. Hopefully, the restaurant can improve to match the experience we previously enjoyed.

We stayed 1 week in Princessa parc and from.the moment we arrived it was a warm, welcoming and great experience. Our check in was easy and everything well explained. The room warm comfortable and with a partial view. The hotels buffet restaurant is fine with plenty of selection. The drinks are well priced and the bonuses of the spa, bowling, pool, games and bar areas were perfect for everyone in the hotel to enjoy. There was such a mix of people here, groups, families, couples, and even a whole group of wheelchair users who frequent every year thos shows how accessible and helpful the hotel and staff are! We never waited for anything, there are also ski lockers downstairs for no extra fee (only a €20 key deposit) we wish to thank all staff but especially Marcela on reception who saw us from check in to check out and Ramon in the restaurant, but all staff were so friendly and polite, best service I've seen in years! Fantastic hotel! We stayed here for week in January. We had a 1 bedroom family room which was huge. There were 2 bathrooms, one of which had a whirlpool bath. There was plenty of room for 3 adults and 1 child. The bar was great with reasonably priced drinks and live entertainment in the evening a couple times throughout the week. The restaurant was good with a decent choice of food available. The Granddaughter loved the kids club. The spa was very nice and welcomed after a few days skiing. We had 1 visit included in our package and paid for a second visit later in the week. It is just a 5 minute walk down to the gondola for the slopes and the bars and restaurants of the main resort. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. Will definitely visit again.
