Good place, nice and cozy. The room we received was clean but not quite compliant with the photos that have been posted. Good continental breakfast, excellent courtesy of the staff. Compliments!

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Zero integrity. Greedy for money, unclean premises, tasteless tourist trap. We were here for a single night stay. The checkin itself was a horrendously tedious process. Our experience with the staff was also very negative. They kept lying to our faces and capitalizing on the peak season rush in Rome this summer. Overall a property to avoid at all costs.

Our rooms 53-54-55 are located in an annex surrounded by greenery, therefore with a good view. The rooms are spacious but the furnishings are spartan! The wardrobe replaced by hangers on a coat rack! Soap dispensers in the bathroom not working properly! Terrible breakfast without any service staff! Self-managed only sweet, no yogurt, nothing salty. It is a farmhouse suitable for weddings and birthdays etc etc the welcoming part of the guests of the rooms is not very attentive and superficial!

The staff, especially the girl at the front desk, were extremely helpful and friendly, going out of their way to accommodate our every request. However, the cleanliness of the hotel is a real disappointment. As soon as we entered the room, we found ourselves faced with a dirty bathroom, with dirt everywhere and a scary stain in the shower. It seemed to us that the room had not really been cleaned before our arrival. The feeling that the bed had not been changed, but only put back in place, was confirmed when we found hair on the sheets, prompting us to request a change to ensure at least a minimum of hygiene. When I wiped the floor with a towel, it came out black due to the accumulated dirt. Also, we noticed cobwebs inside the lamp above the bed. Cleanliness should be one of the main things and it is severely neglected here. We recommend not staying here for this very reason. Considering the beauty of the structure, it is a real shame that it is so neglected.

I stayed at this property for an overnight event. AFTER checking in, I asked for a room change, the booked room had not been delivered to me. A lady (I think the owner) kindly remedied the situation with little time. The room was nice, clean. Things to improve: in the room without water and without fridge. Blankets definitely need to be replaced. I understand that it is a farmhouse but it would be excellent with small attentions such as duvet, courtesy set, glasses. Event and breakfast not suitable for us CELIACIANS. We were there too......, frozen pizza, breakfast only found a packet of rusks. I wouldn't go back

We often go to the "Borgo" super cuisine, extremely kind and professional staff. The negative reviews reported concern the rooms of the farmhouse and not the catering, also because all the people we brought there for lunch or dinner were very satisfied.
