Hotel económico y de muy buena ubicación, el hotel es antiguo, ascensor antiguo, piezas antiguas, no cuenta con aire acondicionado, tiene un ventilador para ayudar a bajar la temperatura de la pieza que en la tarde/noche se transforma insoportable, los implementamos que te pasan son deficientes, con suerte nos pasaron un jabón pequeño, no cambian las toallas, el Shampoo está en un dispensador fijo en la ducha, el desayuno es aceptable, aunque si llegas muy cerca de la hora de cierre y queda poco no reponen, no tiene secador, nos facilitaron uno ( hay que pedirlo), volvería solo por la ubicación

Absolutamente decepcionante. Viaje a Arica por trabajo y me alojé 2 noches en este hotel. No dormí ninguna de ellas pues mi habitación daba a la calle y el ruido es espantoso, no hay ventanas insonorizadas y las cortinas son de gasa, por tanto la luz del alumbrado público hace que la habitación esté iluminada permanentemente. Mi habitación tenía 4 camas: 3 de plaza y media y una de dos… El desayuno es muy básico: pan con huevo o jamón o mantequilla y mermelada. El servicio no es atento, desconocen los valores que da el turno anterior y, cuando llegue después de cenar -23:00- estuve más de 15 minutos en la calle pues nadie me abría. En resumen, una malísima experiencia. Espero no tener que volver nunca.

Somos una familia de 5 personas,que vinimos a pasear por el fin de semana, nos estamos hospedando en una habitación quintuple...Anoche los ruídos de la calle,fue imposible dormir bien,pésimo!!! Se escucha todo.. salímos como de las 11 de la mañana hasta como las 2 de la tarde, (al llegar aún no hacían aseo en la habitación) en la tarde recién trajeron las toallas de cambio,dejaron un solo confort,(las cosas de aseo personal hay que pedirlas,que mal...!!!! Y no se trata de decir lo barato cuesta caro. Porque barato no lo es!!!! Cabe destacar que una de las recepcionistas muy amable y una de las niñas de la cocina. Muy atenta. Lo demás pésimo. NO LO RECOMIENDO,PARA NO VOLVER.
