This was the worst hotel we stayed in on a recent Chile trip. The room was small, with no place to put luggage, and little space between the beds and walls to move around. There was one flat pillow on each bed, with no extra pillows or blankets. The room felt dirty and run-down, an impression that was confirmed when a large beetle flew out from under the bed covers when one of us was getting ready to go to bed. The curtains were thin and let in light from street lights. Traffic noise was also a problem until about 2 a.m. Front desk was surly and unfriendly. Definitely not recommended!

Hotel muy agradable, con encanto, las camas son cómodas, hay suficientes almohadas. Queda al lado de la playa lo que permite disfrutar con playa y piscina, cuenta con toallas para los huéspedes en la zona de piscina, el personal es amable. Lo que se puede mejorar es la mantención de la infraestructura. Tener en cuenta que el hotel tiene dos pisos sin ascensor lo que complica a los adultos mayores, lo mismo habitaciones con tina, son complejas para los mayores. Deben tener las sillas de ruedas operativas.

Eramos 8 comensales. Fue el primero en pedir una ensalada César (no puedo comer cebolla). A los 20 minutos llegó el primer plato de otra persona y 15 minutos después los 6 restantes menos el mío. !0 minutos mas tarde pregunté ¿Que pasaba con i ensalada? 5 minutos mas tarde aparecieron con un cebiche. Siento que se burlaron de mi. Me quedé sin cenar.

Recomendable para ir en familia, buenos restaurantes, céntrico, agradable lugar para compartir y pasear. Lo recomiendo más en verano, o vacaciones de invierno porque después está más vacío y cerrado todo, pero de todas maneras hay que ir

Es la segunda vez que visito este hotel en Arica y fue grata mi sorpresa que mi único "reclamo" fue el que las TVs solo tenían TV Cable y no había como poner Netflix o algo y ahora vi que si lo implementaron. Adicionalmente como siempre el servicio fue excelente y un desayuno delicioso.

Un hotel con historia, después de muchos años he vuelto al mismo hotel que por años visitaba cada mes por trabajo, hoy sigue igual, con es magia de siempre habitaciones con vista al mar, personal muy atento y preocupado, la comida y el servicio buena y lo mejor tienes dos buenas playas a su lado y piscinas en el mismo lugar por si no te gusta la playa. Me encanto estar nuevamente en el Hotel
