"Don’t normally have bad things to say about hotel. But with this one I have quite a bit to say. Arrived at the exotic town in Mallorca. I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is lovely but the staffs seem to be lack of training and knowledge about hospitality. Reception: A lady who is like a robot sitting in front of the desk, check in was relatively easy as it was just paper work. I requested a table/desk in my room as I need a space to use my laptop for some work while I was there. The lady told me it is not possible to have a table in the room suggested me to sit in the dining room to do so. I tried one day and I do not enjoy it. The next day I see many tables in the yard and some of the rooms have tables on their balcony apart from mine. I ask if I can just move a table into my room she told me “ It is not possible” I told her it is right here and no one is using it and it is just there in the corner. She then reluctantly agreed and a bit pissed off with me seems like I was in a school dormitory and getting told everything is not possible. I asked nicely and she did not even leave her chair. Despite she sits in her desk in front of the main entrance. To enter the hotel you have to enter a code to open the door at any time during the day and night. If she sees you are a guest she will not help you to open the door unless she sees you struggled. I think for day time during the reception hour a PIN code to access the hotel is a but inconvenient. Housekeeping: The housekeeping open my door at 9am while I was in the shower. Knocked without waiting just open the door straight away. I was naked in the room. Not sure what is it about to have your door opened at 9am in the morning. After checked out, Hotel called me and told me if I have taken the basket they use to put the beach towel. Which it never existed in my room. The man on the phone called me to check as the housekeeper is not making a room all the same standard and accusing guest taking things from the room. I was not happy to receive that phone. I took a picture when I arrived in my room and the towels were all on the bed as you can see in the picture I took. Location : The hotel is situated in a town has no restaurants. So, if you are looking for island escape and want to wonder to a restaurant. This will not be an option for you In summary, Really nice design and well presented hotel! But the staff seems not good at their job."
