Hello, 1. The hotel interior design was Ok/average. 2. the towels seem to be washed more a 1000 times. Their was no good variety of food at breakfast(the breakfast fits a 3 star hotel not 5 stars, also you have to speak to get milk or a bottle of water you don’t find them on counter/buffet counters. 3. I had to change the room from the 5th floor to the second floor because of the noise coming from night club party I could not sleep. 4. You have to pass through the security entrance all the time instead of the main big front door, maybe because they have some concerns about intruders of people who enter without reservation or some other reasons, for me it was annoying because I have to pass beside the security personnel. 5. The hotel lobby is full of Libyans who look like pirates staring at every person who enters or leaves the hotel. 6. The hotel room I slept in had know door tags and the electronic black panels that tells staff not to annoy me is broken. 7. The hotel room had know safe to put my money or passport, I had to take them always in my pocket. 8. Damn the people are always asking for more money in taxis and restaurant (I have to be fair not all of them). (The manager of the hotel seem to be so economical and stingy not hiring more staff)

"Il est regrettable qu’un hôtel de luxe, situé dans un quartier résidentiel, ne respecte pas les normes du cahier des charges concernant les nuisances sonores. Ces nuisances affectent considérablement la qualité de vie des voisins, ce qui est inadmissible pour un établissement qui prétend offrir un service de prestige. Malgré nos réclamations répétées, aucune action concrète n’a été prise pour résoudre le problème. Même le réceptionniste (Moonem) partage notre avis : il nous a avoué ne plus supporter nos appels hebdomadaires exprimant notre mécontentement et a proposé de transmettre nos doléances à un responsable, estimant que ce problème dépasse ses compétences. Un tel manque de considération envers les voisins nuit gravement à la réputation de l’établissement. Nous espérons une réaction rapide et concrète pour rétablir le calme et respecter les engagements envers la communauté locale."

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel avec un groupe d'amis et nous avons été absolument ravis. Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins, toujours disponible et souriant, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. J'ai été agréablement surprise par la taille et le confort des chambres, très spacieuses et de haut standing. Le soir, nous n'avions même pas besoin de sortir car le Lounge de l'hôtel offre une ambiance incroyable ! La musique était parfaitement à mon goût et la cuisine, tout simplement délicieuse. Je recommande vivement !

Cet avis est destiner à la direction de l’hôtel, vous avez un staff de restauration au sein de votre hôtel plus précisément au bar 7ème ( serveur nommer Montasar ) manque de professionnalisme, manque de respect, manque de politesse, manque de courtoisie . Ce type de personnel il reflète une mauvaise image de marque de l’endroit ou il se trouve . Vous allez perdre la majorité de vos clients a cause de la mal traitance de ce dernier..

Nous sommes allés 5 personnes au bistrot le septième ou on a passé une désagréable expérience ou le chef barman (le chauve) ne sait pas parler convenablement avec les clients il était vraiment impoli. On avait pris une bouteille d’alcool fort et quand on a voulu rajouter une bouteille de jus il nous a dit qu’il a pas et il peut rien faire et il a rajouté « Vous pouvez la terminer sec !! »

J'ai séjourné une semaine dans l'hôtel. Il est bien placé : nombreux restaurants, commerces, pharmacies, etc. Le personnel de l'hôtel est accueillant et disponible. J'ai séjourné dans une suite. Elle est spacieuse, confortable, même si elle manque de luminosité. Point noir de l'hôtel : La restauration. Le room service et le restaurant ne sont pas du tout bons.
