Belvista Luxury Apartments

The apartments are in a good location for the beaches, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. They are very clean and peaceful. The beds are extremely comfortable. The 2 bedroom apartments are very spacious with lots of storage for a family of 5. The views from the apartments are lovely. The shower needs to be fitted with a curtain or screen. The whole bathroom flooded every time someone showered. The complex is very basic, and once you have checked out there is no where to sit and wait for your taxi/transfer other than outside. There is also no toilet so again once you are checked out no facilities.

Despite hand picking this two bedroom apartment through Tui Holidays. the management at The Belvista Apartments really ruined our holiday. Had we been given the apartment we paid for I'm sure we would’ve been very happy there for our week away, in the peaceful surroundings it offers. On our arrival (June 2024) however we were instead shown a one bedroom, which for 3 adults & luggage was too small with hardly any communal space. The reason given was due to a ‘Flood’ in our original room..apparently. We tried to be reasonable about it and they said they would let us know when it was ready. We didn’t unpack and our holiday was on pause until we could get settled. After 24 hrs we were still no further on and the manager once again told us it’s a big problem etc etc, offering Car hire as compensation , no doubt hoping we stayed & kept quiet . We declined. Things still weren’t resolved by the 2nd day and had stay there once again by which time we worked out Belvista has only 3 x two bedroom apartments (on the top floor) , and All 3 were currently occupied. So they had continually lied to our faces instead of admitting double booking our room. The in resort reps did their best to help & were very understanding but it took TUi UK over 48 hrs to get us moved, finally moving to hotel with separate rooms, something we didn’t want as a family. Even then, we had to move rooms after one further night so still not worth unpacking clothes etc. We had to alter many of our plans including having to have meals out & cancelling trips and our week away to de-stress was completely ruined by the management of Belvista.

Myself, hubby and our 2 children ( 10/15) stayed here from 23 rd to 30 th June. We had a ground floor 1 bed apt ( no 3). The accommodation was clean and the beds were very comfy. We had a couple of issues with a broken shower holder and our fridge wasn't working but these were both rectified within 24/48 hrs. The pool area is nice and the sunbeds were comfortable with the padded Toppers but they need some TLC as very rigerty ( an Allen key to tighten the bolts on them would be a good start). The pool was nice and clean but the pool lining was coming away and water had got underneath the lining causing big bubbles on the floor of the pool as a result of this. The childrens playground, football court etc was all cornered off and couldn't be used due to maintenance but there were no signs of any work being done on them.We also didn't see any bikes to rent as advertised. The resort of Lassi ( a lovely resort) is about an 8 min walk downhill so not too far away and ok of a night to climb back up but It can be a struggle during the daytime heat. The accommodation has great potential and apparently has only been taken over by TUI this year so I think they need to keep a check on it as it does have great potential but needs some TLC. Free air-conditioning and WiFi is a great plus and we also had water left in our fridge on arrival, washing up liquid and asponge in kitchen The 1 bedroom apartments on the 2 nd floor and the 2 beds on the 3 rd floor will have pool and sea views but our ground floor apartment had a lovely big patio and easy access to pool.

Great apartments, can’t believe there’s not more recent reviews. So glad we booked here. Very well equipped self catered apartments, everything you need. Spacious and spotlessly clean. Great wardrobe space, safe, kitchen facilities, x2 bedrooms (large double bed ) so comfortable & fabulous pillows (better than ours at home!!). Kitchen area with x2 single beds - as there were only 2 of us we didn’t use other than for storage! Spacious bathroom, decent shower Location perfect- only a short walk up the hill, 5 mins walk to a great choice of bars and restaurants/supermarkets (x3 or 4), approx 10 mins walk to the beach Only recommendation/suggestion would be for a long mirror!🙏 Air conditioning fine - sometimes a bit temperamental Staff very friendly, towels changed every few days Ground floor apartment great - nice outdoor sofa/chairs/table We hired a quad 🏍️ for 3 days- fabulous & a speed boat 🚤 for x1 day - amazing day exploring the island Lovely sandy beaches 🏖️ Definitely be back 🙏🌞

Great location 300 meters up heart attack hill ! Don’t let that out you off . Apts were spotless very comfy bed all the catering amenities you could wish for in Greece . Free air-con and safety deposit box . Nice pool and balconies/ terrace shaded in the morning . Will visit again .

Booked Belvista Luxury Apartments via a Tui package for a mother and daughter (aged 16) break. Airport transfer was via a minibus which dropped us off at the end of the narrow lane on which Belvista is situated. A torch would be advisable for nighttime as the lane is unlit and uneven. We stayed in a ground floor one bedroom apartment with a large patio that can be accessed from the main bedroom also. The apartment was spotlessly clean and roomy, well equipped with kettle, coffee machine, toaster, sandwich toaster, microwave, fridge freezer plus all your other typical self catering amenities, including washing up liquid, sponge and tea towel! Good sized modern shower room with vanity sink, including toiletries. The apartments peaceful location set not too far off the main *****, with extremely comfortable beds along with very efficient air-con, made for a very good nights sleep. The pool area was typically quiet, never any issues with getting a sun bed. However my only criticism is that the sun beds need replacing. Whilst they had comfortable mattresses on them, most of the beds were broken or in a poor state of repair. Pool and pool area was cleaned every day, and has lovely sea views. Pool towels are also provided which is a nice touch. I would not hesitate to return here, the location is perfect.

We had a ground floor 1 bedroom apartment which was spotlessly clean and roomy. Well equipped with fridge freezer, toaster, sandwich toaster, kettle, microwave, even washing up supplies! Very good modern shower room with vanity sink. Nice patio area out the front which is also accessible from the main bedroom. Although all the apartments are sealed facing, apartment 1 on the ground floor has tree cover, also making it quite private. Pool area is lovely and cleaned every day. My only criticism is that the sun beds really do need replacing, whilst they have comfy mattresses on them, most of them were broken. Pool is not heated, took some getting used to! Pool towels are provided, which was a nice bonus. Main lassi ***** less than 5 minute walk down a hill. Wouldn’t hesitate to return.

We had planned to come here in 2020 but it had to be cancelled so we were offered option to rebook and so pleased to be able to come here 2 years later. We’ve been to Lassi several times over the years and I would definitely come here again! We stayed in apt 4 with convenient entrance on ground floor but actually on first floor due to slope of land. Apt is well equipped and comfortable especially beds with good quality mattresses, pillows and linen. I love going on holiday but rarely find a bed as comfy as my own at home and this was perfect! Air conditioning in both rooms, WiFi was fine all the time in the room and by pool, lovely sea facing balcony (shady in the morning, sunny in the evening) and large fridge and small freezer which were more than adequate for us. Microwave, toaster, kettle and 2 rings if you want to cook but we mostly just had breakfast ( fresh figs from the tree and Greek yoghurt - perfect!, as eating out is soo good!) . We made use of the barbecue one evening with those delicious smoked sausages available locally and some good bread and salad. We had a great view over pool and out to sea but I think all the apartments face same way- ours was just nearest to pool. Pool area was very relaxing with breeze, shady trees ( welcome in 33 degrees!) and comfy padded sun loungers. Our hosts were super friendly. We were met on arrival by the ever smiling and helpful Achilles who’s always around to help with anything you need (like inflating my lilo!). When we enquired about using the barbecue which was already immaculate and high spec, the whole team rushed down to clean it, set up the gas etc. We also asked advice on car hire etc, and had a smooth easy car hire locally on their advice. Staff are discreet and efficient keeping the place well maintained and cleaned. The only downside to nice views is an uphill walk when returning from beach or restaurants! But worth it. They are nearby so everything is within 10-15 mins walk, but you may need to pause for a breather on the way up or do it at cooler times of day. There are bicycles here free to use but I think cycling up would be even hotter!

Please anyone thinking about booking directly do not. This man has taken €500 euros and will not return the money or respond after flights were cancelled due to COVID I would advise booking only via a tour operator so your protected as he will just ignore you and keep your hard earned money
