The stay was great and Nikos was an amazing host. Really quick and easy communication, he was very helpful and helped me out locate all locals facilities I needed, as well as beach recommendations. The apartment was in great condition, with modern decoration, very neat and quiet! Just 4 minutes by car/10 min walk from the main streets and restaurants. 100% recommended!

Very nice apartment with views of the city and the water. You can walk to the beach in 20 minutes and to the city center in 10 minutes. The cleanliness was excellent, and the apartment was decorated in a minimalist style without unnecessary items you don’t need. The host was very helpful. If we come back, we will definitely choose the same apartment again.

Very new, clean and quality apartment, close from city center, good view. Apartments have 2 terraces, with west and east orientation, as well as you can choose sun or shadow. A lot of parkink places in the front of location. Guests are very friendly, they made us a lot of good recommendations. We will come back again, for sure.

We have just returned from a lovely stay at Anthemis Living. We were very impressed by the standard of accommodation which was contemporary and well equipped. The owner, Nico, was very friendly and helpful. He recommended some lovely restaurants to us - all of which were of a great standard. Highly recommend this apartment as a good base to travel around the island.

We highly recommend this apartment hotel. We stayed for five nights and enjoyed every moment. Nikos, the owner, was a wonderful host—attentive and helpful with everything, always with a smile and goodwill. The place itself is fairly new and modern, beautifully furnished, and most importantly - Highly recomvery clean and well-maintained. The unit was cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided. It was clear that great attention was given to every detail to make the stay pleasant and indulgent. We’d be happy to come back again!

I loved everything about staying in this property from the soooo comfortable bed to the ease of preparing meals from the well stocked kitchenette. My stay was made perfect by getting a free upgrade which had amazing views across the sea from both balconies. The room was spotlessly clean and tended to every day. Nothing was too much trouble for the team. Christos was very informative providing me with lots of local information together with places to visit. I would definitely stay here again when next in Kefalonia. Thank you
