Camping le Bois Fleuri

Overall we had a great stay. Everyone was very friendly and helpfull. We loved the pool, entertainment and sports ameneties but the chalets are a bit worn down and the overall cleanliness could be better.

Le Bois Fleuri is on the Sorede Road approx 5 minutes fromArgeles Sur Mer town (and 20 mins from the beaches) so had to ring reception for directions to get there They spoke English and were very helpful and we finally arrived! Great pool a facilities for children. Comfit chalet basic but comfortable. would have liked sun loungers by the pool but the chairs were ok. Overall We had a very nice stay.

Arrived a black Saturday (bison futé) after a 12 hours journey, so I'm posting this review during our 1st night. Booking 5/5 : fast, easy and clear via FRAM. Reception desk (FRAM) 3/5 : smiling, very friendly and we'll explained but a bit long, as after 12 hours with 02 young kids (5 and 1) you don't really want to spend 10 minutes filling the information or listening to explanation that can be shared very differently, you only want to buy the local pizza. By the way, it can be improved by asking "how are you, how was your journey?" or gathering the required info during the booking process. Mobile home 3/5 : spacious, 03 rooms, 02 bathrooms, cooling but the bathroom is very badly designed and ...(next point) Cleanness 0/5 : when you book with a 5 star establishment, you don't expect dirty walls, spider webs, dirty bathroom, dirty bathroom curtains or dust all over the rooms, but there was a lot. When you have a 14months child who likes exploring the world by touching everything, these details can ruin your holidays. The floor seems to be clean but they just used the vacuum and the cutlery by using the dishwasher. Infrastructure : not tested yet. Réservation : 5/5, rapide, facile et claire via FRAM. Accueil (Fram): 3/5, avec le sourire, assez sympathique, bien expliqué mais un peu long, après 12 heures de route avec des enfants en bas âge (5 et 1 an) a 19h30, on ne pense qu'à la pizza du 1er soir et on ne veut surtout pas rester 10 minutes avec les explications ou a remplir un dossier. Par contre, peut mieux faire, en demandant par exemple si le trajet s'est bien passé et en adaptant l'accueil en fonction de la situation (accueil différé, info dossier à remplir a la réservation ... etc). Logement : 3/5, spacieux, 03 chambres, 02 sdb, climatisé mais la sdb est mal agencée et ... (voir point suivant). Propreté : 0/5, pour un 5 étoile on s'attend à un logement nickel, sans taches sur les murs, toiles d'araignée, taches dans la sdb, saletés sur le rideau de douche ou poussière au niveau des plaintes, mais hélas il y avait de tout, avec un bébé de 14 mois qui aime découvrir le monde qui l'entoure en touchant à tout, c'est le genre de truc qui peut vous ruiner vos vacances. Le ménage avait bien été fait, le sol n'était pas trop sale mais on sent qu'on avait simplement passé l'aspirateur, les couverts lavés au lave vaisselle...
