Second visit to palmyra and not at all disappointed. The hotel as been refurbished and is more modern . Centrally located , clean rooms , friendly service , excellent breakfast and overall a very enjoyable and relaxing stay , already looking at returning soon . Can't recommend enough

Good size rooms comfortable beds (for Greece ) , excellent breakfast best ever had in any b&b in Greece choice of bacon , eggs , omelettes , sausages small Greek ones , beans , tea all types, coffee , fruit , cereals , yogurts , jams, breads . Perfectly positioned for main ***** but also quiet of an evening. They have their own restaurant and give 10% discount for hotel patrons , food is amazing ! Rooms cleaned very well every day , hot water and showing hose holder if that matters ? Staff great , pool amazing and not very busy so always a bed available sometimes we were actually the only people round the pool ! Will return for sure ! Please ignore negative reviews I'm sure some people just like to complain and probably would not be happy staying at the Dorchester !! Let alone somewhere that cost £250 for a couple for a week including breakfast !

The hotel is really nice and it's in the center of Argassi. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around. The rooms are modern and very clean. The staff is absolutely lovely, especially Miss Marina Tsiasioti who helped me organize my medication delivery. Breakfast is tasty, but it's the standard type of breakfast you get at hotels. They should definitely change the coffee machine and the soft drinks machine. The drinks from the machine taste like chemicals. The coffee machine also makes disgusting coffee from powder! Why can't they offer a pod coffee machine with natural milk instead of powdered milk? If you choose the half board option, you'll receive a voucher for a restaurant where you can choose three meal options. You have to pay for drinks though. Overall, it's a nice and quiet hotel that I would recommend.

We just love this hotel, it's centrally located, spotlessly clean, beds very comfortable, staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. This was the second time this year for us to visit, and we have just recently booked again for September for our honeymoon. Lots of restaurants close by within easy walking distance.

This is the second time we have stayed here and we absolutely loved it. The hotel is clean and modern and the staff are very helpful and always pleasant and professional.

Terrible customer service, they do not answer the phone or reply to emails. If you need to make an upgrade or changes to your booking you will just need to cancel and lose your money. Photos advertised apparently not reflective of the real deal either.

A good modern hotel in a great location. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean and all the staff are pleasant and welcoming. The room was a good size and well appointed with a large comfortable bed. There was a full size fridge with an ice box so it would be worth taking ice cube bags for that cool drink. There is ample hanging space and shelves but it might be worth taking some extra hangers with you. There was a good choice at breakfast of hot and cold food and the tables in the dining room are well spaced which gives it an airy feel. There are some nice walks along the back streets behind the hotel where the chickens run free. It is worth noting that there is a €10 charge per day for air con and a €20 charge for the safe add this to the tourist tax (€1.50/day) and before you know it you've spent over €100. Having said that I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was actually really good and staff were lovely. The only issue was that there was far too much chlorine put into the pool, which stained all our swimwear yellow. We even witnessed the hotel pool operative putting chlorine in the pool whilst it was being used.
