We usually book a hotel that is for adults only. We made an exception this time, and it was worth it. The summer season had just started, and the hotel was very quiet, there was mainly adult guests. Hard to say, is it that peacful anymore when tourist season really starts. Windmill bay is such a beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. The hotel room was very nice and clean, we had a wonderful sea view from our balcony. The pool / beach area was really cozy, and there was room for everyone. The hotel is in good location, a short walk from amenities.

6 friends have just returned from this EXCELLENT stay of a week Small rooms however ! Bathroom pristine / gorgeous products/ huge soft towels/ brilliant power shower 5 star breakfast Sunbeds galore on grass or around the pool Dipped in the crystal clear sea and swam in the pool - take own towel or hire huge soft hotel versions €10 and €5 returned at the end No beach / not suited to families especially BUT perfect for couples and friends Staff could not be more helpful Everywhere spotless I AM returning with my husband!!

This was our first visit to the island of Zante and the Argassi resort. The Windmill Bay Hotel was just perfect. We stayed in Room 409 which was a junior suite, so we had a small living area next to the bedroom which made the room feel very spacious. The view from the room out to the sea was just lovely. I believe all rooms have a decent view with how the hotel is situated. There was an iron, small ironing board, hairdryer, fridge, safety deposit box provided in the room. There was also wine glasses and other glasses provided as well. The room was fresh, modern and clean. Plenty of choice at breakfast. We also did lunch which was nice too. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to return!

Peaceful and tranquil location 15 mins walk to all restaurants etc in Agassi. We loved the vibe in this place (May) and couldn’t fault the place with its cleanliness, courteous and charming staff and the restaurant was great. We will be back. Loved being by the sea. Obviously we came in May and quiet with couples….perfect !

Every room has a seaview. The room had a fridge with bottle of water when we arrived. A hair dryer and all toiletries were provided as was a small vanity set and a large box of tissues. There was a coffee machine and kettle, cups and glasses. Also an iron and ironing board. The double bed was a good size with something like a 2 foot space between pillows. All rooms had a balcony and there was an electric roller blind between the bedroon and balcony which made the room cooler at night. On half board the evening meals are provided in one of two family restaurants, where it is a 3 course meal. Sunbeds are quite sturdy. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. It is the best hotel abroad that we have stayed in. There are steps from the gardens straight into the sea. There is no beach which could be a drawback if you like to be on the beach but we prefer to be by the pool.

A very nice hotel, modern, great view at the sea and pool, booked bed & breakfast. Very friendly personel, always supportful, and good food. Special thanks to the 3 women that handled breakfast & drinks / food at the pool. In the morning they arranged a perfect breakfast, fruit, break, eggs / omelet, sweeties, thee, coffee, juices for all those 'hungry' Dutch & English guests. They also cleaned up everything and served with a smile the guests at the pool. A big thank you for the great care. Of course I miss others that were less visible (kitchen personnel, etc) but all made my stay at Windmill Bay very pleasant!.
