Leda Village Resort

The location of the complex is very good but there are no proper facilities. The rooms are not renovated. Air conditioners don't work, they changed our room, we couldn't sleep because of the heat. Our room change was made after strong complaints. There is no signage on how to get to our room. Average breakfast. The coffee machine only made one type of coffee. For older people, access to several rooms is difficult due to the height difference from the sea, there is of course an electric vehicle parked which is probably just for show. The pool jacuzzi is not working. The majority of the guests were from the Balkans, I don't know of course if they face similar situations, maybe they are given better rooms. Polite staff but needs training.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. The purpose of our visit was a friendly couple who worked there. Unfortunately it was the worst two days we have spent. A very beautiful place with unacceptable staff and service. We started from the pool at 12 where we sat until 4:30 to 5 too. All this time we had taken to eat, we took coffee, at least 4 drinks and in all of this they did not bring us a single glass of water or snacks for the drink or for fun. Then we went to the beach at 5 where we had a drink and a beer at the bar. Water nowhere and the snack came after being requested by our friendly person. After half an hour we found a sunbed to sit on we decided to rent a canoe which cost 25 euros per hour. We did exactly one hour and returned the canoe (it should be noted that the owners of the canoe did not inform us about whether it would have to be paid at that time so we assume that they would be charged to the room as was done in the previous cases). On leaving the owner of the canoes in an unacceptable manner told us to come down and pay for 2 hours. After we told him that we took an hour, he claimed that he has everything written down. After I got off, he asked his colleague what time we took the canoe and she replied that she didn't know. Talk about professionalism... we give him the money for an hour and leave. After we got ready for a night out, said gentleman persistently called our friendly person who worked there claiming this time that we did 3 hours of canoeing from 3 to 6, which could be proven to be a lie even by the evidence at the bars. Not to mention, when we went to the beach again, the gentleman in question reached out and grabbed our friend by the throat, resulting in a wooden mess in front of everyone. Having been shocked by the whole situation we went to the reception to ask if there were cameras and recordings in order to prove the truth. The response from the front desk and especially the friendly lady in charge was not to shout in front of people and put all the blame on the friendly couple working there. Even the next day when I asked to speak to her she once again wanted to yell at our friendly person while she refused to speak to me when I called her at the front desk. Unacceptable and unprofessional treatment. I didn't feel like a customer for a minute (the one who paid and didn't stay) but just a friend of someone who worked there. I do not recommend it and will never go again....Finally also to mention that the gentleman with the canoes apparently did not cut a receipt even for a sample...Unacceptable accommodation and unprofessional staff...sorry.
