Purtroppo la.valutazione non può essere reale perché è obbligatorio mettere le faccine ,ma io ho pagato ma non o usufruito in quanto l'hotel si è tenuto il 100% della penale per la cancellazione anche se ho dimostrato il motivo della cancellazione con foglio rilasciato dalla struttura per un intervento Rifiutato per vari problemi di salute .non chiedevo tutto il rimborso ma almeno potevo prendersi una penale del 60 %cosi facevano contenti anche il cliente purtroppo nulla.da fare . This hotel is not far from the highway. We booked it temporarily on the way from Rome to Venice, and we couldn't reach Venice because of the car. However, the breakfast in this hotel is good, the room is quite large, and the price is moderate. The attitude of the front desk staff was average. When I asked about the air conditioning problem, they were unwilling to solve it. The air conditioning was never turned on. The front desk did not speak English well and it was difficult to communicate!
