This hotel is not far from the highway. We booked it temporarily on the way from Rome to Venice, and we couldn't reach Venice because of the car. However, the breakfast in this hotel is good, the room is quite large, and the price is moderate.
The attitude of the front desk staff was average. When I asked about the air conditioning problem, they were unwilling to solve it. The air conditioning was never turned on. The front desk did not speak English well and it was difficult to communicate!

Just outside the Arezzo A1 toll booth and 9 km from the center of Arezzo. Strategic position for those who are passing through and want to relax by the pool with a good cocktail or a simple coffee. Located near the A1 exit, very convenient for those like me who just make a stop along the journey, but the hotel offers much more such as the relaxing swimming pool (in the summer period of course), an excellent breakfast and a nice SPA (pity you have to pay)

Very large hotel located at the motorway exit, very convenient for getting to Arezzo. Very friendly staff, excellent welcome, quick check-in.
Excellent breakfast, with lots of cakes and croissants, the savory part was also excellent, plentiful and varied, super friendly and helpful waiters.
I didn't like the cleanliness in the corridors of the rooms, dirty and stained carpet, large room, but there is no wardrobe, everything is left exposed. The square bathroom fixtures are very uncomfortable, especially the bidet, there is no presence in the room of another blanket and not even additional pillows, as usual the ones present are very thin, on the other hand the bed was very comfortable, there was no socket next to one side of the bed and in our bathroom there was a bathtub, very uncomfortable.
Paying €4 for a bottle of water at the bar is theft.
Overall 4* worth reviewing.

Very dirty hotel, the carpet is terrible both in the corridors and in the rooms. Shower head different from the attachment so it is possible to wash only by filling the tub. Air conditioning not working. There are no plug sockets on the bedside tables. The TV cannot be operated from the bed position but you have to stand in front of the TV. Rigid towels, they are not terry. Breakfast disappointing except for the croissants. It's a shame because the structure is modern but maintenance and cleaning don't work.

The structure is located in a strategic point, easy to reach other cities, with ample parking.
A modern hotel with very spacious rooms, a very comfortable large bed, a comfortable environment. "Flaws" were the TV with few channels as the reception didn't work. Not very convenient for storing clothes.
Buffet breakfast... with a wide choice of savory desserts. We had some aperitifs, they are scarce and expensive.
